The waiter of the breakfast must be fired! The very little room and the whole information in french not in english or another language hadn't been a problem at all but the rude waiter of the breakfast has been completely unforbidden. my boyfriend and me didn't made any reservation for breakfast (because booking.com page didn't give us the chance) but as the b&b is completely in the middle of nothing we decided to pay for it and have the breakfast there. The waiter answered us in a very bad mood and not trying to change his french into english so we could understand him"you didn't have reserved it" "ok but we can pay for it". But then, the REAL problem has arrived... I have seen a croissant on a table and have asked the waiter if there was any other. He's said NO (still with his angry face). But then have arrived another guest and he's put a croissant on the buffet. The guest have taken it and incredulously I have asked again the waiter why he had told me that there werent more croissants and then in his very very bad mood he has spatted "you havent made any reservation so you dont have croissant". It's absolutely out of place, cause anyone could have taken 1,2 or 3 croissants if they want. Also, there have arrived a family of 3, he has put 3 more croissants, the boy haven't taken it and he's run on it to hide it!!! I haven't been trated NEVER that way. A man like him wouldn't be working in a hotel with people. it would be nice that his boss paid a mood course or better if he fire him and put a person who lets people start the day with a smile. Of course we paid de 6.15 from the breakfast which theorically "croissant and chocolate from boulangerie". He also haven't give us a ticket so we are not sure if he'd declared this breakfast to his boss.

Cheap and cheerfulApart from being in the middle of nowhere it was exactly as was advertised. Although there is no food at night, apart from vending machines, a "burger"van was situated in the carpark offering a different meal each night. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean hotel. Receptionist needs sackedI had lost the code to enter my room which is easily done. I rang the bell to get reception assistance, knowing it was late I thought I wouldnt get a reply but tried anyway. The reception man storms out of the side door and starts going bonkers with me, shouting and swearing towards me. He pushed me aggressivly out of the building and locked me out. I have NEVER been treated like this in my life. Awful behaviour - I was tempted to call the police due to the way I was handled. Nice hotel, vile, rude, awful, agressive receptionist. Pushed me out of the hotel shouting and swearing. The room however, lovely, clean and good facilities. Nice friendly cleaning staff too. But I will NEVER stay here again, unless the receptionist has left.

No room available even with confirmation.Booked 2 rooms through hotels.com. Confirmed late arrival, arrived at 23.30, only 1 room available. Asked the duty manager for help he pointed me to an intercom outside. Was told by person on intercom that they couldn't help and hotel was full, I explained I had 2 confirmed reservations (now midnight). I was told to go and find another hotel. After an hour of trying with no luck my colleague slept on the floor. This morning I was told to speak to the manager once I had returned from work. I explained the situation (this was the same manager as the previous night) to the manager he laughed and said 'hey you have a big bed sleep together', I asked about a refund and was again dismissed as I had not booked through B and B, when I asked for his name to make a complaint he again dismissed me. Decent budget hotel apart from this particular manager and cancelling bookings without notice.
