  This place was a real surprise

  Other than the lino floor coverings this motel was a real surprise. The room as large and there was a desk and chair to work at. The shower was clean and had good water pressure. The heating was good. Breakfast was satisfactory.

  Perfect for a stopover on a long journey. Spotlessly clean, lovely staff

  I booked the B&B hotel because it was in the perfect place for us. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful young gentleman on reception. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, excellent shower and good air conditioning. The room was quiet, thanks to good sound proofing. Can't fault this hotel.

  One night stay

  The hotel was good for an overnighter during our road trip, check-in was easily done beforehand online. Youll get a code to access your room & to get into the car park & main door during the night time. Receptionists are only around for a restricted time and we saw some other guests struggling with the check in process on the machine provided. The room was clean and provided all we needed, however (as a single, slight complaint) it smelled of old stale cigarette smoke. The breakfast buffet is slim but has everything to satisfy different tastes. Dogs are welcome, however they are not to be left alone in the room and also not allowed in the breakfast area (so where exactly were we supposed to leave our dog..?).

  One of the best in this group

  Always a friendly welcome and a clean and comfortabke room, Breakfast is also very good value, It is an excellent stop-over just under two hours from Calais and close to the A26, Plenty if places to eat nearby and an Auchen hypermarket two minutes away

  Basic but ideal overnight stopover.

  Firstly it's just off the autoroute so really handy and positioned closed to a supermarket and restaurants. There is secure overnight parking and the welcoming receptionist spoke good English. The room is super basic but comfortable but really needs a kettle or at least tea / coffee making facilities rather than a vending machine. The toilet is also designed for very very little people! Free high speed wifi though. Breakfast was cheap an no frills but plenty good enough to fill yourself up and the coffee was good too. I stayed there on the way too and back from a quick trip to Burgundy and so was perfect for that. Great Chinese buffet restaurant over the road about 2 mins walk away! Would I go again? probably... but that toilet......
