First Ive been awaited for check-in about 3,5 hours, since 1 AM till 4:30 AM, beacouse of your manager at the reception. He didnt knew how to find my reservation by Booking.com, also when other guests arrived after me he stopped looking for my booking and began to settle them. The manager was engaged in everything except us and did not offer any options for solving the problem. My wife slept on the chair near the coffee machine , until I tell him to find my reservation by phone number! A miracle!!! It happens!!! He found my first name!!! BUT! Why was it impossible for me to pay in cash!?!! okay, I got the money on the card. After sleep, my wife and I went for a walk in Paris. Returned to the hotel around midnight (after 10 pm, you can only get to the hotel by taxi) and found that 2 paper bags were missing. In one of them were fruits from Spain, expensive hamon and spices, and in the other my shoes, which I wore only once. I went down to the reception desk to inform the manager that my personal belongings were missing from the room. The employee replied that it was too late and he could not help with anything yet, that I needed to wait until the morning. I was not satisfied with his answer and I began to demand that he contact the management or the staff who are engaged in cleaning the rooms in their hotel. The managers response was the same that he can do nothing, its too late now. After about 25 minutes of disputes, I persuaded him to show me the place where dirty towels are stored and where the rubbish from all rooms of the hotel is taken out. And again a miracle !!! I found all my stuff in a big garbage can! Food had to be thrown away, and also get rid of the smell of garbage from new shoes. I understand that if I didnt insist on finding my things, in the morning all the garbage along with my shoes would be taken to the incinerator. Perfect service!

Hotel bajo coste idealSin sorpresas ni imprevistos. Un precio ajustado para un hotel de paso. Limpieza y el espacio que necesitas en una habitación para una o dos personas, y la cama cómoda para descansar. El desayuno incluido es aceptable.

Less than expectedLow cost hotel, close to Parc des Exposicion, where you can arrive in less than 10' minutes in a taxi (we use Uber for 7-8 each ride). The room is extremely basic, the bathroom only offer bath gel, so take some shampoo with you. There are a pair of pretty good restaurants (Italian, grill) really close. Breakfast basic, American type. To go to Paris, you should take a taxi to the nearest train station (Aulnay) to take RER B. Don't stay to late in Paris, the taxi will cost you around 50. It's quite good if you only stay few days just to go to a Show, but seems to be better options that you should be sure to make a reservation in advance.

Save yourself the trouble and go to ibisBecause of the train strike, I found myself needing to book a hotel near the airport for an early flight. This is the only thing this hotel delivers on, proximity to the airport. But again, the ibis is just in front so... Anyway we arrived late as had to drive 3 hrs after work to Paris. The speaker of the intercom for the driveway did not work that well and could barely understand but it seemed the guy could not find our booking but let us in anyway. On check in, we discover that IT system is down and they only have this printed out paper of all the bookings. He finally found my booking so great. BUT then he asked me to leave my passport or ID AND write down in a piece of paper my whole credit card details.this started to be weird. He said he needs both to be able to process payment- isnt this info in booking.com already? We resisted because I did not want my card information along with my identification in some random drawer in a reception that is not manned all the time. He even showed and put on the table a number of ids and passports along with the paper with the card info to show that it's ok, other people did it. Hello? If i had evil intentions i could have stolen a look at that info. Anyway so finally faced with the choice of sleeping in the car or giving the info, we finally did. In the morning i complained to the new person manning the reception and she told me that it's ok, that was how things were done 10 years ago. Okaay On top of it, the hotel has definitely seem better days... Overall just go to ibis and spend a fraction bit more for less hassle
