  Awesome stay

  We arrived at this hotel around 11 pm and our flight was at 6.20 am. When we arrived we were surprised to find the place locked and no reception ( our first B&B- hence we didn't know reception isn't open 24hrs) we followed the instructions and tried to book the room through the system but for some reason my card didn't work, we called 24hrs help desk and there was someone at the reception within 5 mins. I felt the service was really great. The person who greeted us at 11 pm whilst he was off duty was very very friendly. We checked in and he even helped us book the taxi for the next morning. The room was super clean and comfy bed. Waking up at 4.30 for the flight was a major fight . Things to note : the hotel is little far away from the train and train especially if you are intending to walk like us because we couldn't find any taxi around that place. Otherwise this is one of the best stays for our Europe trip

  Not recommended

  This is a 2-star hotel not far away from Orly, and not far away from major highways. I can't see any reason to stay here, unless all other options are booked full. It's in the middle of residential/commercial area with nothing whatsoever in walking distance. It's also hard to find when you leave the highway, and it takes a while to get there. The room I had was totally spartan: bed, closet, table and chair. Nothing else. No amenities, no charm, no character, no space. As I only wanted to spend the night this was passable, but no more. The room was clean. Breakfast was not worth it. People were friendly, though had a hard time with English. Important tip for check-in after hours: there's a computer terminal *inside* that you can use for check-in when the staff is not there. I had no problem operating it, but you need to go inside (that means leaving your car illegally parked outside the parking lot while you figure out the system). The terminal "speaks" English.

  Customer service is not attentive

  I booked a room via Booking.com by mistake for wrong dates. Unfortunately the booking was done for same day, so it was after deadline that allows free cancellation or change date. Only 40 minutes after the booking I noticed the mistake that I did and immediately sent request to Booking.com and directly to the hotel. In the request message I asked for making an exception for me and change my order for planned date without any fine. Alas, three weeks of attempts to get positive answer, after correspondence with three different hotel representatives, my request was declined. For my opinion the hotel like this supposed to respect it's costumers, especially considering such high rates in Tripadvisor.com and Booking.com.

  Fine new hotel, bit lacking in charm

  Nice new hotel (so new it is a blank space on Google Earth!). Clean and modern, but a little lacking in personality (as is the local area which seems a bland mix of medium density housing and offices). Rooms are basic and compact (think Ibis Budget) but comfortable. Not so many facilities in the hotel -no restaurant but options available near the hotel. Parking available, but looked pretty full when I arrived. Staff are friendly and speak English. Would recommend for an overnight stay, look elsewhere for a longer visit.

  Bad service

  Must be one o the badest experiences I've had during a stay. First of all, we were charged about 200 euro more than our confirmed booking. they did not provide any water in the roms, there was this kiosk you could buy water, beverages and snacks from, which had a poor assortment, i payed for 2 bottles of water but got only 1 and when i asked for help they told me there ws nothing they could do, and they couldt refund my money either. we asked for an ekstra bed for a 6 year old child and were provided a babybed, for infants. there wasnt even a sheet, a matress, a pillow and carpet in the bed. when we told the staff, he started yelling and said that we hd to take it or leave it, and that he had people in line he had to check in, even though we stood in line too to ask for help. he treated us like we were not worthy guests. The breaksfast is really poor, disgusting crambled eggs, no vegetables no water. the rooms were small, the bathroom smelled baad, and there was o bag in the trash can. no hair dryer, no shampoo or any other soap was provided. we also got yelled because we had forgot our room code whn we wanted to enter the hotel after the reception was closed. and also there only a few who spoke english. the hotel is locate4d in a bad area, slum a like area, and there was no attractions. its far away from the city and not worth staying at all. we had to apologize a hundred times when asking for help.
