Easy to find.A long drive from warm Barcelona ended on a dark cold night in a factory district outside the gate of a fence with a code. How would I get the code to open the gate and get the car inside for parking in security?.........and how would I indeed enter my freezing body inside the hotel for a warm bed? An opening beside the gate allowed an entry and I went to the hotel entrance. A new code and no sign of life got me to press a button for HELP! A voice answered quiet soon and I claimed my need to get in. I asked if he spoke English and the male voice agreed. Pew! - what fortune in a Europe without these skills which in fact should be spoken by everybody. He told me a long number I should remember - but I was tired and said I would go to the car for a pen and paper. Returning I wrote the number down and I was to pay in a machine with my card, which I did. Then I got a code on the receipt so now I could enter all the codes for my entrance for car and the cold body. The number I had written down I never used for anything! Why did he gave me that number, I will never know? It had 6 cifres. I must add, that the parking spaces were far to narrow and it was hard to get in and out of the door in the car. I also wonder, if there always would be enough spaces, since I got one of the last and more customers arrived after me. The room was at first floor and the code gave me access to an ok room with a double bed and a shower room in one corner. I had a nice sleep even I awoke from sweating from the duvet and pillows made of plastics, which give an unpleasant body comfort. At a price of 53 Euros, one could likely have hoped for better beddings. The breakfast next morning priced at 6,15 Euros was in a bit below average. Dry bread and croissant and the egg and bacon was rubber bacon without any crisp and the egg mass was like the worst porridge I have tasted. How did they make that? The best to say was a nice yellow color - but was it for real? I have only given 1 star for service as "terrible", since there was no such thing. But the room was very clean and ok so I end up with 3 stars as an "average", but only 2 stars for value as "poor", since the price could have offered more. I had chosen the hotel for its position close to exit 20 and easy to continue the next morning on the way through Germany heading for Denmark. I will only recommend the hotel for this reason.

Bad experience with reception employeeI stayed at B&B HOTEL Mulhouse Ile Napoléon from December 13rd to 16th. On 1st of December I made a reservation from December 14th to the 16th (2 nights), after some day, on December 4th I made another reservation for another night from December 13th to the 14th (1 night). After made the second reservation I tried to send mails (2 different mails) to the hotels for asking to stay in the same room for the three nights, not receiving any reply. When I arrived at the reception for the check-in about at 3:00pm, I asked the guy at the reception if I could use the same room for all the three nights. He confirmed to me that that was possible. But when I came back on the 14th evening about at 9:00 pm, and went to my room, I wasn't able to get it. I went to check at the reception. At the reception, however, there was a different guy from the one I had spoken previously, and he communicated to me that I had to change room and that all our belongings had been placed into our luggage. I tried to explain to him that his colleague at the check-in confirmed that I was provided with the same room number for all three nights, however he completely dismissed me and ceased the conversation by saying 'Goodnight' without providing me with my luggage, and closed the reception. I was bewildered by his dismissive and unprofessional behavior. A very unpleasant experience that caused me and my friend a lot of logistics inconvenience.

Nice Place to stay in France between our way to Switzerland, and of course a better option to be ther than Zurich.....Excellent price room quality , you must go there before enter to Switzerland ( prices over 130 euros ) and the bb cost me around 67 euros. A good option around . The rooms are well equiped nice place, good state, the space is correct This German Chain is a good option to stay in Europe

Affordable option on the outskirts of MulhouseWe stayed one night in this quite spartan, yet modern hotel, just outside the city centre of Mulhouse. The room was a bit dated though quite neat and great attention was given to provide a Covid-proofed environment: masks were mandatory everywhere inside the property and a take-away breakfast was given in the morning to be consumed inside your own room. Food quality was good and everything was packaged and safe. Staff is friendly and helpful. Free secured parking outside the hotel.
