  Good rooms, beds and shower. Location only issue

  Just staying one night and have to say for the 47 per night not bad value at all. The rooms are clean and cool, the shower is brilliant and there is loads of parking. The only thing that's not great is the location. There is nothing to do here and food choices is limited. We crossed the road and ate in the Grill Courtepaille which I rated as 5 stars even though we did have to walk across the motorway to get there.

  few days stay

  This hotel is close to the motorway. I spend 5 nights at this hotel and i had god sleep. The room was for 2 persons and was really small. Shower and toilet was ok and clean. The breakfast not bad. But the guy on the reception cant speak english so litle problem with comunication.

  Had to Pay twice!

  Room was ok but basic - no real problem. I booked this hotel through Hotels.com and paid in advance. However, we arrived at approximately 20:35 hours on Saturday 26th August 2017. This was five minutes after reception closed. It was getting dark and with a young family having driven for 10 hours not what I expected. We had to press the intercom and try to speak to somebody who claimed to not have any details of my booking. To get into the locked, unstaffed building I had to pay again at the machine outside. I tried to make the speak to a male member of staff on the next day to rectify the mistake without success - he spoke no English (not a criticism as my French is very poor). Breakfast the next day also poor. I realise this is a basic stop over hotel - not the Ritz but very disappointed/annoyed. No address or even E-mail address that you can make contact with B & B Hotels. Will be wary of using Hotels.com to book hotels in future and unlikely to use B & B Hotels again.

  Horrible staff and poor quality. Surely better to be found in the neighborhood

  Basic room but very poor service and rude staff. The water vending machine took my money and never gave me the water bottle I needed for my kid bottle and the staff guy told me they « are not in charge » and that I had to call the vending machine number - from an expensive call number off course. We asked for the baby bed and it wasnt in our room when we arrived we had to ask for it bring it up and do it ourself. Also bathroom not so clean. We had to leave earlier as one of our kid was sick and they didnt agree to reimburse the breakfast we never took. In a nutshell really poor staff help even they didnt care at all. We really regretted not to take the ibis 5min drive from there..

  One night

  This is a nice B&B if you are on the road and need a place to crash, it has a nice need, a clean shower and ok breakfast, we spend there one night and it was not a problem. They do not have 24 hour service so that is a drawback and it is not located downtown, they do not speak english (like almost all over france)
