  Demasiado básico

  No me gustós sistema de corredores con las puertas de las habitaciones que dan directamente a la calle y encima sin ascensores. Lo demás, del estilo de los Etap o nuevos Ibis Budget. Bueno para viaje por carretera, bien situado con hipermercados y gasolineras muy cercanas.

  Opción recomendable

  Nos hemos alojado en otros hoteles de esta cadena y nuestra opinión sobre ellos es positiva. En este caso tampoco nos decepcionaron. La habitación era correcta, limpia y de tamaño razonable, muy en consonancia con el precio que habíamos pagado.

  A one night stop off

  We booked here as a stop off, on our way to brittany. The room was clean, but not in the best condition. Skirting board broke. The toilet is situated oppobite a wall, not a lot of room for your legs, im very short, and my knees touched the wall. Paid for the breakfast. Bacon and eggs were cold. Not a lot of choice. Didn't sleep well because of the noise from the neighbours. I wouldn't stay in a B&B again. Very disappointing.

  Problematic clientele on this occasion

  The hotel is in a good location with several places to eat within walking distance, plus a Lidl and a LeClerc with petrol. It is the old fashioned type of B&B with outside corridors. On the street side of the hotel, there is no way to pull a vehicle up near the building, so you have to carry your baggage a fair way. The reception is on the street side, so if you arrive out of hours you need to walk round to the front for the self checkin machine. The rooms are on the small side, but clean and perfectly adequate. Reception is attractive. We had a problem while we were here, with noise made by other customers. There was an unruly group who had taken several rooms, spread over several floors. There were vehicle movements, shouting, an argument, and people clumping up and down the stairs, till well after midnight. The disturbance was such that we had to go to the Reception and use the phone provided there to contact the central office - reception being unstaffed overnight, as in all B&B Hotels. Having made contact, the manager turned up quickly, and order was restored for a short while, only for problems to restart after he had left. I was told by another resident that the gendarmerie attended at 0530h, but cannot vouch for this. Perhaps we were unlucky - but we do note that previous reviews have mentioned noisy customers. We have used this chain a lot, and this is the first time we have experienced anything like this. However, we learned the following. 1. To draw this to the attention of management, we had to get dressed and go out of our room, into the car park, past the people who were causing the trouble, and round to the other side of the hotel. This was inconvenient, and we felt exposed as it would have been known that we were the ones who had called management. 2. The Centrale- the helpline - took over four minutes to answer. 3. The local response was fast and appropriate but extremely short-lived in its effect. 4. Despite an explicit request to the Centrale that the manager should not do anything to identify us, he knocked on our door to discuss what was going on. The first three of these problems are implicit in the business model, which is why we have not marked the hotel below three-star. I guess if you stay in B&B Hotels, you have to be prepared to cope with them. We spent a second night which was trouble free. Breakfast was fine, and the staff were helpful within the capabilities of the system.

  Nice place for travellers

  Hotel is close to the highway and convenient for travelers who need to stay over night. Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean. It has parking place and free wi-fi with fast connection. People are friendly.
