  Ubicación muy buena a buen precio

  Hotel muy bien ubicado, ya que está cerca del JR y del metro, hay un parque precioso a su lado, el puerto donde coger el Tokyo cruise y a 20 minutos de paseo agradable para llegar al mercado del pescado. Dos noches nos salieron por 113, por tanto muy bien de precio. El tamaño de la cama y habitación la habitual en Japón. Pequeña pero estaba bien. Las vistas desde la habitación a la bahía preciosas.

  Good price-to-quality ratio

  Clean, well located (50 m from a train station and facing the water front), well priced... This hotel is a good option if you are on a budget, but do not want to suffer. It offers a japanese jakuzi/spa which is very good (free with your room).

  A free smart phone is equipped in the room !

  In this hotel, we can use a free smart phone. As I attached pictures, usage fee of the smart phone is also free. So, its very convenient for foreign visitors. I stay at a single room. The room is small like other Japanese business hotels, but equipment is sufficient, I think. There is a TV, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a free smart phone. The location is a little bit far from the JR Hamamatsu station. Its about ten minutes walk from the station. Another nearest station is Takebashi station. Its about 3 minutes walk from the station.

  Great hotel experience, having some discrimination issues

  Stayed in this hotel due to the proximity to Haneda airport, just 10 minutes from Tokyo Monorail. There was also a walkway to Takeshiba station on the Yurikamome railway connected to the Tokyo Metro. The room came with many amenities like tea, coffee, TV, pyjamas, toothbrush, etc. which was a big upgrade compared to previous business hotels I had stayed in my trip. I booked a non-smoking room and had no issues with smell. The bed was very comfortable and in Japanese standards, the room size was good. It was quite confusing checking in at first as you had to ride the elevator up to 4th floor where the check in counter was located. There were actually two different sets of elevators, one who went to the actually room floors, and another who went to the higher floors and to the entrance. There was a Japanese restaurant located in the hotel building as well as a breakfast and lunch restaurant. I did not try the breakfast as I left early every morning for sightseeing. The room also came with free Wi-Fi. I missed a coin laundry in the hotel though. There also was a public semi-onsen bath with jaccuzi and sauna which was included in the hotel stay. However, like many onsen and public bath places in Japan, there was a ban on having any kind of tattoo on the body. Some places in Japan accept if the tattoo is really small or covered up. Apparently tattoos are connected to Japanese maffia and guests might experience a bad stay if seeing such body art. However, as I used the public bath, I saw a lot of other faux pas behaviour by local tourists which made me wonder as there were signs up clearly describing how to use the onsen...

  Amazing bayside view with a great communal bath

  Idealistic location to enjoy the amazing view of Rainbow Bridge, Odaiba, Harumi and Tsukishima. The renovation was done and looked quite clean. Due to the pandemic, I could have a great discount (7350 yen for the twin room). The windows were large with chairs beside it to enjoy the view to full extent. The communal bath with a jacuzzi and a sauna was also great. If you're staying at the lower floors, there is a room next to the bath on the 19th floor where you can enjoy the view.
