  Disappointing Service & Double Standards

  I have done countless meeting events at bayou lagoon previously and mostly satisfied with the meeting package services (thanks Kane), but this is the first time that im staying overnight here. I checked in at 1am after a long drive from Singapore. At the lobby, after hauling out my bags from the car with a baby in tow, i looked for a parking space but couldnt find one nearby. I noticed that there are some empty lots (not handicapped) between the 2 main buildings but was quickly ushered away by one of the parking wardens, saying that it was out of bounds and he asked me to park at the multi-level parking, which was quite a distance away. My wife asked the front office if there is valet parking and he said there is none at the time. Ok fine so i told my wife to wait at the lobby with our baby. During this time, an Alphard pulled over at the lobby and some people got out. So while i was looking for the multi-storey carpark, my wife witnessed this lady who just got out of the Alphard asking the front office if she can park near the lobby. Front office said shell need to check with the warden and she exclaimed, saya boleh bayar, saya boleh bayar (i can pay, i can pay). So after i finally parked my car and walked back to the lobby, imagine my dismay when i saw the Alphard parked there at the empty lot i saw earlier! Point to note! NONE of the people who got out from the Alphard is handicapped. They are all able-bodied. Management may check the cctvs. I am utterly disappointed with the double standards at this hotel and this is only my first night here. I will leave the management to do their own investigations on whether there is possible corruption.

  Terrible Resort

  We're a family of 3 adult & 2 children check in at Bayou Lagoon Park Resort on 13 Dec 2019. Wow! The resort was very terrible and bad! This resort totally out of maintenance and the facilities are terrible! I totally NOT recommended this resort! This resort totally spoiled our holiday mood!

  2 days in bayou lagoon park resort

  Recently we planned to brought our kid having fun at water park, so looked over on hotel or resort which nearby to waterpark location and we found this resort which we think is suitable for our kid as it has its own water park in the property. All we can say is, my kid having so much fun during the stay. We come during school days, so there was no crowd. This place is okay for family with kids, but if you come to relax and have a peace of mind by just stay in the room, you need to stay in the hotel. We booked studio room, and the room is just ok, fit with our small family, but we need to book bigger room in the future. The management need to take serious effort to monitor the room cleanliness. When I first enter the room, i found that the glass on the kitchenette was dirty, water heater still filled with water and the fridge was molded with ice. bathroom wall tiles molded, bathroom sink leaked, tv nearly broken as we can heard some buzzing sound during watching tv and air-conditioner also leaked. The housekeeping also replace the smelly towel on the next day. I highlighting these hoping that management can take action to improve. Despite of all the things i highlighted, we still enjoyed our stay. We will come to visit again in future and hope there will be some improvement.

  Worst place ever - AVOID

  Pls avoid this place. Its disgusting. We booked a 3 room apartment, which looks like its not been cleaned properly for a long long time. Dirty windows, broken furniture, dirty apartment. So absolutely disgusting! Its not cheap either!!! Theres also a huge bee or wasp nest which we spotted. Please see pics to understand why this place should be avoided. Id give this place 0 stars if I could.

  Avoid if you can. Stay if you don't have any other choice.

  Parking. Parking is quite difficult. Be ready to park at the multi level car park. Which is quite far. Lift. The lift very very slow. Be ready to wait for almost 1 hour just o get in the lift when everybody is checking out. Food. Same food for breakfast for 2 days. Nasi lemak, subpar. Mee goreng, subpar. Orange juice? Not even fresh. Room. Subpar room. Toilet is so dirty. Lizard poop everywhere. Imagine it. Hot shower is in bad condition. Air conditions? 2 unit of air conditions, but wait for 20 minutes to get the room to cool. Waterpark. RM28 for small waterpark. Not worth it. Summore the waterpark ticket got expiry time! Not date.
