  Clean

  While the hotel itself was very clean, there was no hot water. When we went to report it, no employees were to be found. The same way when we went to check out, no employees around and a pile of room keys were left on the front counter. Guess they were hiding from the disgruntled guests. Gave it 3 stars due to lack of customer service.

  Does not adhere to company policy

  While the staff are nice the front desk staff do not wear masks. When we arrived there was a group of 8 checking in, none wore a mask in the lobby and they werent asked to. When I questioned the clerk I was told that although there was a state mandate the county sheriff wasnt enforcing so they werent complying. Well when I made my reservations I was required to listen twice to Baymonts new policy on COVID PRECAUTIONS WHICH INCLUDES WEARING A MASK in public places I saw two housekeepers wearing them and a male housekeeper not. The carpets are stained the bathtub needs a good scrubbing and mold cleaner applied. The tub stopper did not work and the shower head needs cleaning. The vending machine was out of order and an emergency exit door was not functioning with a note that said if you use it the hotel will charge you $250 , they were waiting on parts. So if there was a fire in that hallway the only out was down the hall through the fire or break a window. We had to use the front door only. No breakfast is provided and I was told, Because the general manager received bad reviews on their breakfast they didnt want to spend the money any longer. Bed was comfy and as I said staff were very nice just not complying with company policy and state mandates.

  Small but clean rooms

  Stayed overnight while driving through Colorado with dog. Room was very clean, and I felt very safe (in this COVID environment). Short walk to fast food restaurants, which were only doing carry-out business in September 2020. Area around hotel had some grass to walk dog. Reasonable price for a short stay.

  Good property

  Desk clerk friendly and very satisfied with room. No breakfast service which I found odd since other Wyndham properties I had stayed at during my trip were either offering full service or breakfast bags to go.

  Good place to stay when traveling

  This is an older, so somewhat basic property but in good shape. The room was clean. Zero issues with housekeeping here. Comfortable enough room. I could lean toward a 4 - certainly a 3&1/2. Food options close by.
