  Getting a bit dated

  The best part to the hotel is it location to the highway, restaurants and the state capital complex. The room was clean but appeared worn. The staff was ok. No mention of any kind of breakfast. I get it with COVID things have changed, so please remove the breakfast included if you are not offering a breakfast. If I needed a place to stay, and again I was just needing a place to sleep, for the price Id stay again.

  Outdated and overpriced

  The staff were friendly the lobby and front entrance clear. The room was definitely very outdated with a small TV. I didn't feel that it was very sanitary during Covid or that they took any extra precautions for us, so BRING WIPES. The breakfast was a few grab and go items like granola bars and apples. Very limited! The price seemed high for what we've paid at other nicer hotels. I will look for something else when I come through town next time.

  No hot water

  We had three rooms. Awoke at 530 to get ready to leave. None of our rooms had hot water. They didnt offer any compensation. We had to pay full price for rooms with no hot water. Was told manager would call us but they never did

  Well needed respite behind much road mileage traveled

  All star team - they need pay raises and promotions. Mgr - Janice and front desk warriors - Kayla and Keenan. I stayed there for 4 nights last week. If I had an issue they were responsive. I needed to change to a handicap room - they made it happen. I needed directions to the bank and other places - they provided to me with the grace and customer service friendliness that you would see at a 5 star hotel! Janice, Kayla and Keenan - you are all stars. My 1300 mile trek to and from Jefferson City was so much better meeting you. Thanks!

  Nice place.. housekeeping not so much

  Always been a nice place to stay. They were doing a little bit of remodeling but they had all that covered up and blocked off. Ill issue is I have a problem with housekeeping things on your door four times between 9 AM and 11 AM. When check out is 11 AM. I personally feel housekeeping cannot not be banging on doors until they have confirmed that they have checked out.
