  DO NOT COME HERE

  DO NOT STAY THERE!!! We went to check in around 7 pm. The "lady" there was psycho. I asked her how the rooms were cleaned per COVID, she said "I don't know and I don't care (in a very loud voice)! I said pardon me? She then yelled "I hate Idaho and I hate Coeur d'Alene that's why I live in Spokane!" She said do you want to stay or not as she was inputting a not wanting to stay. I asked do we get a refund? She said " I don't Know." Call booking.com. We didn't use that and told her. Her response was "Yes you did now get out". I asked for documentation that I didn't have to pay and she said "I gave you the paper". I tried to explain that it didn't show documentation and we wanted documentation". She yelled "#$#%%&$# get up". Then some tall skinny guy came out trying to intimadate us and a said "get the F*&^ out and don't come back". She sounded russian or hispanic. I have tried to contact the manager 3 times and have been unsuccessful. Spoke to 3 realtors and they all said, "THAT IS THE WORSE PLACE TO STAY", you should of asked me.

  Better than the reviews show

  I see they have poor reviews but I didn't think it was bad. I had a normal king room and it was clean and nice. I didn't use anything else except the breakfast but that was better than most with this covid thing. It was limited but it was at least nice to have a couple hot choices. Check in and check out were ok but not real friendly. Overall it was not bad for the price paid.

  Friendly staff, good clean room and space. Great breakfast

  A comfortable, restful stay. The Breakfast was very tasty and kept me going for my long trip home. The food included fresh fruit, make-yourself waffles, orange and apple juice, cereals, and bread for toast. Condiments, of course. The staff was responsive and friendly, and the hot water for the shower was plentiful.

  Very Nice stay except shower too low

  Friendly effecient staff and a clean room with a comfortable made my stay nice. Breakfast was also good. However, the shower fixture was loose and seemed cheap, and it was about 12 inches too low. It was also difficult to regulate the temperature while showering.

  Filth.

  Just pure filth. Can't even describe. We switched rooms immediately on arrival. The second room was fractionally better. But the grime and filth was appalling. Crumbs, stains, broken lights, unmade beds with dirty sheets?!? It was 13 degrees outside, and 47 degrees in our room. The heater didn't work. We asked for a space heater or something but never got one. I will NEVER stay with this chain again. Ever. I pray there is no flesh eating fungus anywhere on us or our things. Had it not been so late, and so far from home we would have left immediately!!! At least the front desk guys was apologetic. He looked mortified.
