  Loud rooms

  Walls r very thin. Can hear next room talking and snoring. Will not return because of this. The breakfast is only carbs. Not good. Very loud if downstairs, can hear walking in above room. I hear everything next door. Hard to sleep. Will not return

  Two day visit

  Second time at this hotel. Very good value for the money. Very clean. Very comfortable. Newish furnishings. Convenient. Bryan isnt a large city. So everything is relatively close. We will definitely stay again on our next visit.

  Good property, Inconsiderate next door neighbor

  The room was clean and comfortable, unfortunately our room was by the house keeping closet which was noisy first thing in the morning as the housekeepers started work. The guest next to us had their TV on all night long and the volume loud. It kept us up most of the night. This was not managements fault. I thought of knocking on their door and asking for them to turn down the volume, but did not want to cause problems. I also thought of calling the front desk, but did not. The room was fine. Could have had 2 coffee packets for morning coffee, but only had one each of Regular and Decaf. Toilet tissue was the cheapest they could get, 3/4 sheets and rough. Overall stay was OK for a place to sleep and shower.

  Late Planned Stay

  Amazing low price and rooms were new and very clean. It pays to go online and book to achieve additional savings. Easy access to the nearby Hwy 6 Bypass and Hwy 21. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

  One night was all it took

  The only reason this is not a terrible review is that I got my money back for the unused nights. First of all, upon walking to my room it reeked of marijuana. Second, there were toenail clippings on the floor next to the bed, so I know housekeeping isn't cleaning. Thirdly breakfast was nonexistent with watered-down coffee and muffins. Fourth zero privacy. I could hear almost every single person who walked up and down the hallway during the night and their conversations. I was on the phone with my wife at one point, she asked who is there and it was someone from outside that she could hear over the phone. While we're at it get some regular-sized pillows and not tiny throw pillows. Lastly, I only stayed one night, and while in class this morning housekeeping came by but didn't clean anything? Don't worry I didn't leave anything valuable! First time Tripadvisor has steered me wrong. I don't know how this place is a 4 star.
