  Rooms very small

  The Covid did not help this situation, king suite requested, but got a regular room with king bed. Front desk seemed very confused about Covid requirements, One said Coffee served in morning, but noe was, and the room coffee was awful. This was a beautiful motel at one time, but needs a major cleanup

  Very polite desk clerk. Filhy rooms!!!!

  This is my first ever complaint letter. This past Thursday's stay (Sep 24, 2020) at the "Ramada by Wyndham Augusta Ft Gordon" was the worst ever. The first room we were given hadn't been cleaned -- furniture was up on the dresser and beds unmade. We were given another room. The second room was absolutely filthy and water was standing on the bathroom floor. I have enclosed pictures so you can see I am not overstating. The bathroom floor and tub looked like they hadn't been scrubbed in months. The water on the bathroom floor rose with each flush. Our desk clerk brought us a stack of towels that immediately became soaked, so she offered us a third room. It was late but we packed up all our things and moved to the third room. The new room was dingy with a similar brown bathtub and bathroom floor, but free of standing water. The very polite desk clerk, Sherhonda, did all she could to accommodate us and these appalling conditions. She deserves high praise for her attitude and professional behavior. Upon awakening, we made our way to the lobby expecting the hot breakfast advertised on the hotel's website. We were disappointed to discover that breakfast would be a granola bar and a fruit cup in a bag. Wouldn't it have been simple to update the website instead of giving false expectations? How about a modest voucher at a nearby drive-by restaurant for breakfast?

  This place is a dump. Inside and out.

  First room was vacated later in the evening due to a leaking toilet that covered the bathroom floor in water. Second room reeked of smoke and was filthier than the first room. Smudged windows, dirty curtains, hair in the sink, dirty tub in the bathroom. Every surface in both rooms looked like they had been either wiped with a rag soaked in dirty water from a bucket, or the chemical used to clean left a film on everything. One bed had a fitted sheet that had black shoe polish smeared on it. Coverlets were stained. Sheets were, for the most part, clean and smelled of, I hope, bleach, otherwise I would have slept in the car. Carpeted floors need to go. This place needs a major overhaul. People congregating and talking loudly outside and at all hours. Trash dumped everywhere and in the parking spaces. Chain-smoking tenants sitting just inside their open doors. Sketchy people walking all around the building. I did not book this room so I did not end up here by choice.

  Don't choose this place

  Non-smoking rooms are not really non-smoking (guests next room over smoked); changed to 2nd room which was found to be open, tv on and bed slept in; 3rd room was dirty (dog food on floor, new clothes size stickers stuck to walls, no pressure in bathroom sink causing us to wash hands in the tub; commercial trucks outside left running all night; no batteries in tv remote - was not offered a 4th room!

  Do not stay here!

  Hotel is not secure! While I was out working the hotel staff let someone in to my room and my belongings were stolen. I am still attempting to speak with the hotel manager she refuses to call me back.
