  Nice quiet hotel

  I stayed here as an in between my days off driving. Even though the hotel is a little dated, it is very clean and quiet. The bowling alley next door has great food. The breakfast could be better, but I would stay here again.

The first room we were given the heat didn't work. So we got moved to another room. When I checked out I was given my deposit back and get home to find my credit card had been charged another $79.00. After trying to get ahold of the manager for a week I finally talk with him and he tells me it's a cleaning fee. For $79.00? It's a scam. I might add that I have stayed here numberous times in the past.

  Horrible hotel and service

  If it was possible to leave negative stars, I would have given them that! Called for reservations a month before our trip and found out the day before that they did not have our reservations that we had made and we got a much less desirable room. Others in the group we were with also had problems with this also. Had problems with our toilet while in the room, and the staff person brought down a plunger for us to do the work. When w e could not get it unclogged, they called a couple in who unclogged the toilet but left the bathroom a disgusting mess with toilet water in the floor. Others in our group had a bathroom that smelled of rank urine. Will NEVER stay at this hotel. Ruined a weekend away with my kids.

  Skimpy Breakfast and Broken Down Pool

  This was an outdated hotel. When we got there the pool didn't work. Management didn't seem to care that it was broken. I never saw anybody trying to get it operational. The breakfast was very skimpy. Many people we know had to go out for breakfast. The entire stay was subpar. When I tried to e-mail management after the stay, the provided e-mail address didn't work. A very shady operation in my opinion.

  Terrible overall experience. Dirty room, blood on mattress pad, hair on counter, and toilet.

  Men's hair shaving on sink, man sleeping on lobby sofa at 10 pm on friday night, cheap pathetic breakfast, bread and jelly, no juice no eggs of any kind , no peanut butter, 4 bananas on a sat am. Located next to a bowling alley that had an outdoor DJ blasting until 11.30 pm. No one ever at front desk. You have to pick up a dirty phone to call the person who may live on site with his family. He speaks english but the dad and mom are hard to understand. Nice place when locals owned it. Current owners are running it into the ground.
