  Very Satisfied

  Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Had no issues whatsoever. I will definitely keep this place in mind when I am in the South Haven area again. It's not to far from South Haven, roughly 45 minutes west.

  deserves a ZERO

  This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. From rooms smelling like an ashtray and marijuana, to rude, unwelcoming and aggressive staff. The hotel manager contacted me back after submitting a formal complaint and pretty much said "sorry about it, youre SOL". I would never, ever recommend this place to anyone.

  Good Value and Great Service

  Stayed one night while passing through. My stay was exceptional. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the property is family owned. I will note the breakfast was adequate and not a full breakfast due to COVID. Overall, really enjoyed my stay and I will stay again next time I am in the area.

  First Rate Stay

  Staff friendly, good breakfast selection, housekeeping pleasant, great room. Location is ideal super close to highway, shopping and restaurants. Bed comfortable and a hot shower every morning. One of the best stays I have had at a Baymont Inn. Hotel looks like it had some work done. Carpets looked liked they were recently cleaned. Overall appearance I thought looked updated. Other Baymont's should take notice. Rates reasonable for off season stay.

  Greatest place to stay would never stay in Kalamazoo

  Great staff nice rooms and very safe place to stay with family wife felt very at home break fast was beyond good no pool bc of COVID but gym was open nice way to relax after work would defiantly recommend
