  Colorful stay lol

  We stayed twice, on our way to and from Colorado. First time we had a room downstairs and it was really rough. They need to close the door to the utility room because its really gross and guests shouldnt ever see in there. The manager reminded me of Tom Haverford. Treat yo self! And there was this very interesting housekeeper who was very obviously methed up. We had no do not disturb sign so she banged on our door at 6 am. I yelled were sleeping! She said sorry. (Later I found our DND sign hanging on the coat rack.) The coffee machine was broken so Tom brought Dunkin coffee which was great. Then the slobbering tweaker housekeeper huffed and puffed while she cleaned up the breakfast area while complaining to Tom about some work issues. They took the discussion outside and happened to stand directly outside our rooms window having a heated talk about some money that was stolen from Toms room! Like I said. A colorful stay. On the way back through they put us in an upstairs room which was nicer. Ask for an upstairs room at check in.

  Neglected and Filthy

  Stayed here for one night on the way to Colorado. Management clearly takes no pride in running this location. From the cigarette butts in the parking area, to the unvacuumed carpets in the common area, to the broken door latch on our room door, this place has not been maintained at all. The straw that broke the camels back was the wad of gum smushed in between the bedsheets. What the actual f??

  Bad choice for lodging

  Picked a place via Hotwire - came up as a Baymont - remind me never to stay at a Baymont ever again. Never saw so much hair in the bed and tub. I think the floor has not been vacuumed in a few days. Blame it on Covert-19? Too tired to fuss with it, used a UV light to sanitize.

  THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CONDEMNED!

  I've had great experiences at other Baymont Inns but not this one. I can't believe Wyndham has their name on it. It is old, dirty and badly in need of renovating. There was never anyone at the front desk. You have to pick up the phone in the lobby and it pages someone to come. The room was dark and dirty. Dark green drapes had something white smeared on them, like someone wiped something off their hands. The lamp did not work so I called the desk and was told to plug it in. I did and fire shot out of the cord which had been taped already. The bath tub had black gooey stuff all in and around the drain. Instead of a desk they have a tiny table in the corner (only about 18" square with a small wooden chair on 2 sides. It was cheap but still over priced for the condition. Had I known before checking in, I never would have stayed. I left after one night.

  No way to treat a MILITARY Gold Rewards Member.

  The room was so small we could barely squeeze past the luggage cart once inside! The washbasin was outside the bathroom with no place to hang towels and the Hot & Cold water faucets were reversed from left to right -- a safety hazard! Water leaked onto the floor from underneath the TOILET BOWL -- dirty water from a broken wax ring! No place to hang clothes in the entire room!! NEVER AGAIN at this hotel!
