  More of a motorway hotel

  Was due to stay here for 7 nights in November , only stayed 2 , this is more of a motorway hotel/motel ok for a one night stop over maybe , but not for a week . It is on the side of a fairly busy road , some of the staff cant be bothered , we went for lunch on the second day only to be told the chef has gone on her lunch break ???? So we had to wait another hour . The manager tried her best but some of the staff had very bad attitudes , not all of them mainly the younger ones . Room extremely basic , the whole place needs renovating bulldozing and start again ! We needed up moving to the coco palm for the remainder of our holiday which was lovely and wish we had started the holiday there .

  My stay

  Excellent. Can't find a better word to describe it, service was great the staff exceptionally nice and friendly, great food, it was like a breath of fresh all. Can't find any thing to complain about. Just a great place.

  The service was really nice. Due to our current situation with Covid, it went well

  We enjoyed our stay. It was too short. The food was great. The team we met, had great service. Hoping to plan a longer stay next time. Oh there were things not working in the room. We did indicate that to the team.

  Awesome Service

  My boyfriend and i stayed at the resort for 7 nights from dec 31st to Jan 7th 2021. At first i was a bit sceptical about staying there because I usually only go to 5 star resorts, but i must say i was in for a wonderful surprise. Let me start by saying that the staff is amazing!!!!! They are very well mannered and very friendly and overall just amazing people who makes everyone feel sooo special. Special shout out to all the restaurant staff (i cant remember all the names) but you guys were incredible. I must mention Francois from the restaurant, he was such a pleasant, well mannered individial with an amazing smile. Breakfast at the resort was not that great, but we always enjoyed lunch and dinner. I would recommend changing the dinner options a little more often, i felt like we were eating the same thing everynight. But it was really tastey regardless. Id also like to shout out Krishnal from the front desk. She was such a sweetheart all the time and very helpfull. I surely cant forget the security guard doing the temperature checks etc daily, i really cant remember his name but he surely deserves to be brought up on here. He is extremely friendly and always looked like he was happy to be at work and also very well mannered. Lets not forget the housekeeping supervisor, she did our room a few times and did a good job. She would always talk to me when i passed her in the hallways, that in itself made my stay extra special. The staff is definitely what makes the resort a great place to be, they all made me feel right at home and i loved them for that. The general manager was also very nice, she checked up on us daily to ensure we were always okay. The resort itself could hv a few changes here abd there but i give them 100% in customer service.   NEVER AGAIN

  Bad experience on my first night Next morning police treated me terrible-violated my human rights & insulted my intelligence Left the hotel the next day had to find somewhere else to stay & borrow money ASAP
