  There is lots to be positive about this motel. Good bed ,good rooms , super close to town and restaurants( walking distance extra room if you pay a bit more for an executive room. The bridge work stops by 10pm each night so sleep is not disturbed. Bridge work change entrance to the road off the hwy but not much concern. The most ANNOYING thing is that the light in the Bathroom has a sensor built in and it is timed at about two minutes. This seemed to be alright if you were near the vanity or toilet HOWEVER it did not sense you being in the shower and the light would go OFF while you were showering. I don't know why any owner would install a light sensor in a bathroom except to stop people having showers longer than two mins. I have never seen a sensor light in a bathroom before and I have stayed at hotels/motels all over the country.

  Excellent location.

  On arrival, greeted by managers. Great people - very helpful.. Due to their efforts this motel is kept very clean and is a great place to stay. We enjoyed the proximity to the centre of The Bay. Only a couple of minutes walk via the new bridge construction site. Small problem with traffic control and entry to Clyde Street, but that is progress and once you get used to it, no problems at all. Thoroughly recommend this place to stay at for a few nights. The rooms are clean, tidy and well equipped, bed is comfortable. Thanks to the managers you are doing an excellent job.

  best part about motel and they are leaving

  firstly the managers they are why it was a pleseant place to stay nothing was too much trouble but the best thing about staying here are leaving best of luck in Eden will definitely call in if down that way great location except for now as the new bridge is being built terrible access to and from this motel average rooms and decor lots of cockroaches and just lacks general maintenance the type you need to spend money to fix but owner not keen on spending any money definitely wont stay here again

  Makeover needed.

  This Motel is in need of a makeover. Room was out dated and had a strong smell to it. No coffee or sugar sachets available. No front desk reception, finding someone to book us in was hard. Onsite parking is tight, and even worse when trying to turn around to get out.

  Very Very Poor

  Booked two nights here for x2 double beds and what we got was one double bed and 2 single beds. We stayed one night and wanted to cancel the second night. The owner agreed but never paid me back ! Do not stay here. Its the worst hotel ever.
