  By far one of the most luxuary hotels in the area

  Surprised for a china hotel. Very nice rooms with a view. A spacious bathroom which can be separated from the open bedroom. Food in the hotel is nice. The bar with a pooltable in the style of an Irisch pub. Around the corner you can find several restaurants in OCT Bay with famous Peking Duck or very good and cheap sushi.

  Excellent Chinese hotel

  This is an excellent and modern style hotel, the rooms re very spacious with a large balcony an bathroom and very modern such as electric blinds and more. The lobby and other areas are very modern and tranquil with running water. The area of OCT is excellent being a very short walk to all the shops and bars/restaurants, breakfast in the hotel isn't too great for the western taste but can't really complain about that as it is in China.

  Trendy Location

  Even for 5 years, this hotel remains stylish and tasetful in many aspects, including overviews upon lakes, trending shopping centers and cultural interior design. The lobby and tea room are graceful by books, lights and landscapes.

  Upscale, Service, View, and Location

  Stayed 10 nights for a conference and teaching engagement. I had a quite unforgettable experience. This hotel is at the heart of a nice neighbourhood. The location is great: right at the OCT Happy World near OPlaza shopping centre, Shenzhen Bay, and Close to metro stations. The hotel itself is trendy, modern, and very clean. Room has a great view and very spacious. Shower and toilet was in separated room. Toilette is complete and expensive. It has a nice Gym for working out. Staffs are all well trained: very attentive, considerate, and thoughtful. Housekeeping staffs (e.g. and her colleagues) would quietly tell you that it was raining hard outside, and there was an umbrella we can use. The staffs (Summer) including those at the front desk (e.g. and his colleagues) are all very helpful. When I told them that there was someone knocked my room at 1:30 am and left which waked me up at 1:30 am. They immediately investigated the security video and informed me that it was the guest stayed in next few door away was drunk and mistaken my room as his room. Summer, the staff and manager?, apologized and sent me a small gift and a busked of fruit. You can tell they are making every effort to let guests feeling comfortable and safe. The staffs in this hotel is, perhaps, the best trained staffs in all the hotels in China I have stayed. The way they handled the incident and the great manner exhibit during daily interaction, is impressive. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Shenzhen, for business or for leisure.
