  Good Management

  I unfortunately had to cancel my booking with Bay 10 due to Coronavirus travel restrictions. Management were very kind and understanding and promptly issued a refund. I look forward to staying with Bay 10 when the border from WA is open again :)

  Great accomodation and help

  Recently was stuck without accomodation in Port Lincoln due to rapid COVID restrictions being placed without much notice and having no reception at the time. Contacted the management at 9pm and she kindly helped with getting us into a room that night. They offered to put us up for the 6 days lockdown understanding we were stuck from Sydney. Luckily we were able to get home, however, the help was greatly appreciated. Room was amazing and comfortable, services offered are great.

  The staff at Bay 10 made our trip to Port Lincoln even more memorable. Their communication was excellent, they were on site every day to service our apartment to the extent that we required and when not on site they were available via phone. They say that it is the small things that make a difference and this visit was no exception. On New Years Eve they gave us a bottle of Prosecco along with some chocolates and sparklers to sit back and enjoy the fireworks that the City hosted. It is an amazing location overlooking the harbour and the town centre is just a 5 minute walk away to supermarkets, cafes, hotels etc. We loved our stay and will definitely return!

  Excellent accommodation for a trip to Port Lincoln and surrounds

  Bay 10 is in a great location, 5 minute walk to beach front, restaurants, pubs and more. It is also on the Investigator Trail if you like walking or bike riding. The staff at Bay 10 were very friendly and happy to help at all times. The apartment was perfect for our needs with all the modern conveniences.

  Short Stay

  We stayed here for a night only and as described the accommodation was clean and comfortable and what stood out was the communication which was quick and responsive, excellent descriptions provided in the letter and mail- that alone rates this place highly. Surprised by the extras provided like Netflix and chargers. Good for short stay as room we only had available was the guest one and this was small, the view had roofs of other houses coming in the way and we can hear other guests which can get loud at times.
