  Me gusto mucho el Hotel Baudobriga

  Realmente el hotel está bastante bien para su precio. Resulta muy agradable sentarse en el balcón y ver pasar los barcos por el Rin que pasa justo por delante del hotel. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y el personal, sobre todo el de recepción, es muy agradable y servicial, ayudando con tareas diversas como cuando se tienen problemas con el idioma.

  El hotel está justo frente al embarcadero de los cruceros del Rin, lo que nos acomodó mucho. La habitación no tiene nada en particular, ni buena ni mala, pero limpia. Hay parking público al frente. Tiene una agradable terraza frente al río, en la que se puede disfrutar una bebida o la buena comida. Buena relación precio/calidad. Me encantaría volver.

  Not very good customer service

  Whilst staying at a lovely hotel in Boppard last week, we walked along the Rhine and saw this hotel, so thought we would stop for a drink. I ordered tea and my family ordered wine. I was given a small pot of hot water with 2 teabags in a dish. The water was enough for 1 cup of tea, so I asked if could have another pot of water for my second tea bag. The waiter refused and said no, it was not possible! When I asked why, he just said that I would have to order more tea and pay again! Ridiculous ! We certainly will not be stopping for drinks at this hotel again, there are many more lovely places in this beautiful town to go to.

  No refund under any circumstances.

  I was unable to make the trip because my car broke down. I'd booked the room through booking.com and to cancel through them. They had to submit the request through the hotel and sent on the message from me about what happened with my car. When I finally got a response the hotel had said there would be no refund and they charged the full amount. I'm pretty disappointed, I won't be using booking.com again and was unhappy with the cancellation policy and costumer service of the hotel.

  A wonderful Gesamtkunstwerk of food, wine, and ambiance

  This is simply the best place in town for a unique local experience of wines made by a family that has been in the business for over a century, combined with great food and beautiful views of the Mittelrheintal. We have been staying there for long weeks each year for a decade. We generally arrange for the same room with an enclosed balcony, from which we enjoy breathtaking sights, even if the weather is bad. The staff could not be more helpful. We and our dogs have always been treated well, and the hosts try to please all their guests, even when the place is busy. Highly recommended!
