  Great place! Perfect for party or events to share with your loved ones. Very nice environment, clean facilities. The food like coffee and cake are so delicious. I will definitely come back with my love ones for them to experience great place and food in Batangas. Thank you and more power.

  A bit of disappointment

  BCC had been our favorite hotel in the area for couple of years. Fresh food. Cozy ambience. Good service. My husband and I even planned to get married on this hotel. However, we went one Sunday night for a dinner. As we prefer to have a la carte, we were directed at the Garden cafe. We needed a high chair, however, the staff told us that they have NO High chair for a baby. Neither they showed any willingness to look for one from other restaurants. As a worker in hospitality myself, I am Aware that one should try her/his best to provide for guest needs, rather than being effortless on the duty. We were very disappointed on what had been shown.

  Location - a bit far

  When I called to book 3 rooms for us(did it on Fri for Mon booking), Ira was accommodating and very quick to give me the details of my reservation thru my mobile phone. Made the deposit for our stay at their MBTC account in cash. Was disappointed with their accounting department, I asked if I can email the deposit slip at night as their was an emergency that our family encountered, but I was advised to do it before 5pm, as their accounting closes by then. After that, it left a bad taste on my mouth. When we checked-in on a monday, my dad requested for them to bring the seniors thru their golf cart, but they did not heed to the seniors request (my dad had a bad fall the time I did the deposit on Friday). Requested for a wheelchair and the Kuya (bellboy), thumbs up to him. Rooms were huge, bed were only queen size (no twins), we were at Rooms 35, 36, 37. Room 36 had no hot water, the queen size bed had bed bugs additional bed was ok. 35 and 37 no complaints. Breakfast was moderate. about 5 selection of viands.

  Batangas Country Club: A Worthwhile Stay in Batangas City

  This was my nth time in Batangas Country Club in Batangas City. My 2-night stay was made possible by my host local government unit. The facility has huge and beautiful convention halls for corporate and family events, huge swimming pool and playground for recreation, restaurant for hungry mouth, and gym and spa for health buff. A great place to stay and have fun.

  Great resort but not good location

  Superb resort. Very clean and tidy. Polite enthusiastic staff. Food in the cafe and restaurant is very good at reasonable prices and good portions. Rooms are a good size. 1 down side to the rooms on the edge of the resort is that it is noisy from the surrounding houses, karaoke til late and cocks and dogs in the morning. Overall though a very good stay.
