  Slow wifi, smelly bathroom with huge room at old wing

  Just stay overnight for a charity event during the weekend. Got a room at level 3. The room was huge and spacious with twin bed. Toiletries and 2 mineral water bottles provided. WIFI was super slow... and I end up using my own data plan. Everything was good until we went out and came back to the room to rest, the bathroom emitted urine smell. At first we thought the toilet bowl was not flush properly but when we investigated it was clean. Throughout the night, the pungent smell was in the bathroom whenever there is a need to use it. The good thing was the smell did not penetrate to the room. It just stayed in the bathroom area. Did not sleep well as noise from upstairs and from people closing their room door can be heard. Rooms definitely are not soundproof.

  Once is enough

  1st time trying and probably the last. Room at new wing was clean but air conditioning didn't work even though called maintenance twice. Toiletries was basic and I expected better for the price. And they don't allow Grab pickups. They have more bars and karaoke than any other hotel I think. Friend stayed at lower level at old wing and the noise at night was unbearable. The only saving grace was the friendly staff and location to BCS mall (which was also disappointing). You can probably find a cheaper and better hotels nearby. This place is more suitable for people looking for a "good time" rather than families.

  Tattered room and mouldy bathroom

  Room rates do not specify new or old wings (old wings are really OLD) and we were told to pay extra for twin bed room although both are in the same old wing. Our room had tattered chair, cigarette smell and mouldy bathroom. Check-in took forever. Will never stay here again.

  Smelly Room & poor noise isolation

  The room has an awful smell, can smell it from outside when the door is opened. I have to use my own air fresher bought from the supermarket (see photo). The noise (i think its from the aircon compressor) from outside is very disturbing that I couldnt sleep whole night and because the room is small, it enhances the noise trapped in the room and can feel the constant strong vibration. Made me feel very giddy & nausea. Terrible experience despite the good location. A good night sleep is the most important for travellers.

  Fantastic location

  Location wise fantastic, BCS Mall and A2 food court just across the street. 24/7 convenience store right beside the hotel. Many massage parlours around the shop houses near the hotel. Lots of variety of food to choose from the shop houses nearby. KTV, Pub, Spa and massage located in the same building. Rooms are relatively new but not totally sound proof. Highly recommend if you are here for short stay.
