  Good!

  Stayed here overnight for business meeting. The place, staff, bfast, view superb!!! Love the little details like free sweets along the hallway that you get from the tiny jars:) Only can do better, the conference room's aircon. It really needs 'time' to cool up so almost halfway thru our session, we had to fold papers and use as improv fans/open the door to let some air in (w/c didn't help much as it's quite humid in TGT, time of visit.)

  Big room, nice theme!

  A good staycation hotel. Love the Cherry Blossoms-themed room given to us though have expected that we will get the Whimsical one. It is quite spacious. One letdown is the Wifi which went on and off. If you are doing work while there, you would have lost what you've done because of the poor connection. The view of the lake from the small garden is also great, but the foul smell (sewage) is a turn-off. Cannot stand to be in the area for a long time. Good thing it was gone the following morning when we were taking our breakfast. Brekky was good though the tapa serving was small. Plus point for this hotel is its location which is just infront of a mall where you can take meals or buy something anytime. Room rate is a bit pricey compared to other hotels and BnB we've stayed in Tagaytay.

  Nothing remarkable

  (+) Friendly staff. Early check in. Late check out. Nice garden. A good view of the taal lake. Near Ayala mall. Love the design and quality of the toiletries (-) Old  eerie small room. Water heater doesnt work at night. Few cable channels. Noise of vehicles can be heard in the room. Only one key card. No free bottled water.  stained toilet bowl More of a bed and breakfast than a hotel. Plated breakfast.  Nothing special. You can also  have a good view of the Taal lake from nearby restaurants. The room is not worth the price i paid for.

  dirty room,dirty wall of shower area,bad air condition, landline is not working, i cannot call the staff from the phone,bad wifi goes on and off,i suggest atleast give free drinking water even guest didnt ask for it.very bad experiene thank you

  We booked for a weekend escape from Manila. The location is right between the Tagayay Rotonda and the Ayala Mall Serin, So bus stop also close by. We had a Vista Delxe Room (Geometric) with garden view first floor and direct vw on the lake. The B&B is quite pricey and requests even a mark up during weekend nights. Prices incrased even during 2017. There is a wecome masage at the spa inhouse but this service was also reduced down to a facial during second half 2017. Plated breakfast offering from menu and provided by next door restaurant. However, sufficient and reasonable. Minibar, coffe/tea maker avalable. Bathroo with convenient shoer and additional tub. Nice garden terrasse. Closeby the mall with various restaurants. Almost everything could be walked but not necessarily conventient walkways. Front desk service is friendly, a billing issue could not be solved after leaving, email address seems inactive. Street noise during the day but quiet durng night.
