  It was average.

  I had a single room, it was rather small, but bright. A comfy bed with quality linen made for a good night sleep. However the only light was on the ceiling and it was bright, so no side lamp to read a book or tone down the lighting while watching the tiny TV. The bathroom was a nice size with a big shower. But very cheap nasty toilet paper. Overall I would come here again, just needs some little changes to get 4/5.

  Disappointed.

  We stayed in room number 1 and it wasn't a good experience. It is literally in the reception. When you open the bedroom door, anyone in reception can see straight in. The room smelt damp and was very dark. There were electric cables everywhere. Little pots of milk provided were out of date. Very dusty and smelly room. A bonus was that they provide a laundry service £5 for a load which includes drying. Car park is eye level with room number 1, so make sure you're fully clothed at all times.

  I stay here regularly in the week for 2-3 nights per week. The rooms are comfortable with en suite facilities and very convenient for town. The staff are always friendly and attentive. Whether you are visiting Crawley or travelling from Gatwick definitely consider the Barrington.

  Very friendly

  Lovely hotel, not too far away from the airport but very quiet location, very friendly staff who couldnt do enough for you, and very clean. Would recommend anyone to stay here, Im always away and like to look for hotels like this

  Very friendly staff, and a nice location

  I stayed in Barrington Lodge in both October 2018 and October 2019 in order to visit the Snooker English Open. Both times I was really impressed by the nice and friendly service. I was impressed last time in 2019 that I was after a year recognised as a customer from one year ago! Room was clean and cosy, and everything you need was provided. So, I hope I can stay there again this year (2020) if Covid 19 does not make any problems in October 2020.
