We booked this hotel for one night due to it's location near to Genghis Khan Park. On arrival, we were told that there were no rooms available although a reservation sheet was presented by us. The manager in charge upgraded our room to a suite, on the highest floor (12th I think), and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was well furnished with a large bathroom. The furnishings included chinese vases in the spacious living room. The view was of the front of the hotel and the inner mongolia racecourse. The wifi worked well and there was also a computer in the bedroom. The Television had english channels which was a rarity in the previous hotels that we had stayed. The beds were comfortable and we had a great rest. We found the service excellent, as we were walked to the elevator and doors instead of being pointed in the right direction,as we were at other hotels. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hohhot. Although few staff members spoke english, there was a real effort to make the guest feel comfortable.
