    Borderline Acceptable Budget Hotel

    I was initially given a room on the third floor that was utterly miserable: writing all over the walls, tattered linen, dirty floor with toothpicks and other objects scattered about, and a bathroom that smelled like a sewer. A few minutes later I went downstairs and asked for a refund and a senior manager offered to upgrade me to a better room over the phone. The second room, on the 11th floor, was much better and perfectly acceptable for the price point. Super fast wifi, clean enough, warm, etc. Hotel is in a great location and staff are friendly, although hardly anyone spoke English.
