  You pay for the location

  It looks more like guest house than villa. You pay for the location, its near to recreation area in Lembang, and thats it. When we came at July 2017, they are on renovation and the parkir is really poor, a lot of mud. Dont expect anything like towel or amenities, like i say, this is more like guest house. When we came, the lamp is broken and we need to ask the staff to change our lamp even they know that the lamp is not working .They just clean visible area, so make sure dont drop your things under the bed. Tv dont work really well, i can hear sound of people were chit chat (from another room) from the bathroom. For the breakfast, you cannot choice the food, they just serve plain fried rice with 1/2 scramble egg, smelly cracker and a glass of hot tea. My room have a kitchen, but doesnt have anything like stoves or pan. We can hear sound of motorcycle from room and the most terrible thing is, I can hear sound of RATS EVERY NIGHT from our rooftop. But like i say, the guest house has a good location, surprisingly hot water work well, the bed is quite nice, and the staff are nice too. So if you choose comfort and cleanliness rather than cheap price, do not choose this place.

  Newer book. Its horrible

  We booked and payed this hotel for a to days vacation. When we arrived the man in the reception told us it was full. He spoke to my wife in bahasa Indonesia in a bad ignoring way. Did not care about the situation. He gave us a phone to a so called office. A girl then sayed the room was dobbel booked. We got cheap price online. It's Saturday and a lot of hotel seekers. We saw five others checked in when we left. They confirm your room, but cancel if they get more money from others. It seemed dirty and unfriendly. Disrespect. Don't take the chance , my advice is clear. Book other hotels.

  Worst place to stay

  The view isnt great, the food isnt good, the service is terrible and the room is horrible. The room I stayed in is full of lizards and rats. U can actually hear rats all the time. The corners of the room smell like pee, possibly of the rats. U can expect unruly guests, who smoke up the whole place like they own it. Also I could hear people talking in their rooms

  The staff are friendly and very helpful, nice atmosphere and nice view.

  When we arrived there, the staff are friendly. They give us the room with the nice view and atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable with the blanket and also towel. At the second day, me and all of my friend will have a BBQ and gathering at the villa. The staff are very helpfull, they help us to prepare all the things for BBQ, the staff cooked fried rice, fried noodle and bala - bala. It was fun and unforgetable moment that I have in this villa. Bantal Guling Villa recommended for who want travelling at Lembang.

  Affordable and spacious villas

  We booked at the last minute because we arrived so late in Lembang. At first, I was so convinced the villa didnt exist because the location was in the middle of nowhere (we arrived at night, so the road to Bantal Guling Villa was so dark and there was no life at all). But it turned out I was wrong. We got one big room (for 8 people) and smaller room (3 people). The design of each room was cool too. The place wasnt in the main road, but its not too far from tourist attractions. What I liked from this villa was that our family room had an outdoor kitchen and balcony, so we could eat together there. We could use the villas utensils if we want to cook our own food. The security guard even lent his motorbike for free when we wanted to buy stuff somewhere. The smaller one was good. I think its a newly furnished room. Dislike: there were brown stains on the linen, and the bathroom in the family room smelt like piss when we first arrived (as a clean freak, it really bothered me). The windows in the bathroom were slightly opened too. Some of us didnt eat breakfast, so we didnt know how the food tasted like.
