  Disappointed

  We were very disappointed to get back on Saturday evening and the bed was not made and the room still in the exact state we left it in. I have never been to a BnB where the rooms dont get cleaned. I was willing to overlook the fact that the burglar of the room had no lock and the breakfast service also below average. Poor service, told only white bread available when we required brown.

  The place is the definition of tranquillity. Away from the busy concrete city. It's a good getaway. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fit for a king. Just wish they could have a transport system for guests without vehicles and also look into helping guests order takeaway in a more efficient manner

  Worst place I have ever stayed in and I travel quite a bit for work

  Pillow slip was dirty. I had to beg (twice and at 10pm) for an adapter so I could dry my hair with the supplied hairdryer, and charge my phone. The bath was awesome but I had to clean it before i could get in. The spa part did not work. There were no towels supplied so I had a choice between the kitchen towel or the bath mat to dry myself with. There may be free WiFi but you don't get given the password when you check in, and its nowhere in the room so you can't use it. I feel a guest shouldn't have to worry about any of the above - I didn't think to check if there were towels before I climbed in the bath because I assumed (naturally) that there would be. I would never recommend this place to anyone and will make sure that no one from my company ever stays here again

  Armed robbery in the yard of this guest house

  We were raided and robbed in the yard of this accomodation, armed robbery with firearms. Two offenders managed to open the gate in the backyard, then attacked a group of 14(!) guests. They took away our cash, cell phones, laptops, etc. Most probably an inside job, the employees were sleeping during the attack, what is more, one of them sent away the patrol who arrived a few minutes after the robbery. Since then we can not contact the place, they totally don't care about their responsibilitiy. No compensation, not even any response to our emails. This place is totally not safe, avoid it for your own sake! If you had doubt, I can also provide the case number of Sandton Police Station, so you can easily check it.

  Amazing!

  I booked on Trivago. A few minutes later I was there. I was welcomed with a smile by Inno. When I got inside the room, it felt like home. The furniture, bedding and all were in place and very clean. The finishing on the painting and decorating was on point. I'm definitely coming back soon.
