  Nice location and good breakfast

  I have stayed in this hotel for three nights. The location of this hotel is excellent, only five minutes walk from the JR station and just located in the heart of the Niigata city center. It's just like living in a shopping mall. Accessing to anywhere of the city is also very easy just by Bus or Taxi. The breakfast that provided by this hotel is also good, wide range of choice, fresh juice and omelets. Highly recommend of this hotel.

  Decent hotel in great location

  Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights while visiting Niigata for a conference. Outstanding location; 10 min walking distance from JR station, close to the city center. The strengths of this hotel included very helpful staff (researched and gave me directions to the nearest fitness center upon request), very good seafood restaurant and breakfast buffet on premises, quiet during the night, reasonable rates. The only real weakness was the small size of the room and bathroom. Overall recommended.

  "Just Right" hotel

  This hotel was not too swish nor too decrepit. It was just right for us. We were a team of Gateball players participating in the World Gateball Championship in Niigata. Our team had hotel rooms side by side and close to other Gateball teams from other countries. So there were opportunities to meet and mingle with like minded people although there were language barriers. We were all provided with early breakfasts when needed and assisted with WiFi trouble shooting. The staff were very pleasant and friendly.

  I was on a business trip and stayed in this hotel for one week. Location was OK; 10 minutes walking distance from JR Niigata Station, there was a very nice Japanese restaurant nearby, next to shopping complex if you want to go shopping. The room however was old and small, no cabinet to put your clothes, the breakfast provided was.... acceptable but can be improved. Recommended if you stay for less than 3 days.

  Olde Worlde Charm

  This hotel is very easy to walk to from the JR station, and is a find in a world where plastic hotels all look the same. The bar and lobby are on the 4th floor, and the rooms above that. The restaurant was nice, though, and the rooms are quite spacious and very good value
