  Ruen Pruksa 1, was a relaxing place, worth it

  Went here for 4 nights upon recommendation of my brother. The rooms were a generous size and were quite clean, the restaurant also served quality food and a strong breakfast was included. all the staff were terrific and a pleasure to deal with. Great location as it was very close to some great restaurants too. some of the timber work needs repairs, like the jiggly stairs. The only negative was the pool wasn't cleaned regularly enough.

  Peaceful resort

  Very friendly staff, very welcoming. Nice room, very clean, good size. Nice balcony and beautiful view. Breakfast was very good, I am vegetarian and the staff made an effort to cook me something special. Definitely go back!

  Ruen pruksa 1, not 2 is a recommend

  Stayed numerous times, rooms are clean and food is excellent. The biggest draw is the rooms with Balconies and the Gardens. The pool is normally clean and the staff attentive.. Would stay there again but have bad memories of a Ex that misled me in the area

  Relaxing but

  Bungalow with neighbourhood, peaceful place in a garden with a lake in sight. Quiet place to stay but difficulty sometimes to enjoy the balcolny for lack of privacy and sometimes music coming from neighbours, conversations on their balcony also early in the morning. The staff is helpful, attentive that makes the difference. The pool is small and often occupied by children. The breakfast is acceptable. Room is ok

  Perfect Getaway from Hectic Bangkok

  We went to this Hotel, as a weekend getaway from the City of Bangkok, staying one night. We could not fault this Hotel for the price. The room we stayed in, was exceptionally clean and it was comfortable, with traditional Thai interior design. Hotel grounds consisted of flora & fauna (well maintained), a traditional Thai House with veranda overlooking river and a dipping pool. Nearby river walk, leadings to local market, was a plus and we walked there post breakfast. No faults really, but agree the pool could be better maintained, as it is such a nice part of the Hotel.
