Bring your flash lightChecked in for 2 nights and was greeted by a friendly staff member. I dont know why they call it a resort as it has nothing that resembles a resort.Oh, it has a pool , which looks like a hole just dug in the ground . No trees walls or building or anything around it . Went into the room and , well what can I say . It was clean but the walls of the room were just concrete with clear vanish on them, it made you feel like you were in prison. There was a piece of wood put along the floor on the bathroom door, and also along the floor on the entrance to the shower. Very strange I thought. I soon found out why , as when had a shower the water did not go down the plug hole it went into the bathroom and the wood was put there to stop the water going into the room. The shower only had a plastic shower curtain which did not cover the shower entrance. So after the shower there was water on the flood and it was 1/2 cm . Went out and came back after 4 hours and the water was still there. Rang the manager and told them and they said sorry I will tell maintenance, properly the same team who put the wood down . The floor needed to be replaced and made so the water would drain out to the plug. The bed was OK but there was no bedside tables !! and when you wanted to sleep you had to get out of bed and walk to the door to switch the lights off. There was on curtain on one window and you could see out. The breakfast was ordinary had cold hotdogs some salad , and bread and rice tea and coffee. One the first night the electric power went off . Not all , just the lights in 2 rooms. Rang again and they came a fixed it and once again sorry . 2 hours later has a shower and it happened again no lights !!! They came again and said sorry again and said this has not happened before . The morning I was checking out I woke up very early to get a good start for the long drive home , and when I got out of bed , the lights were off again . Rang the reception and the man came and fixed it again with another man who I thought was the owner .He said sorry and I told him and the water , once again he said sorry and I told him about the awful smell in the bathroom and he said he would tell maintenance !!! ask for a discount and he just turned away . This hotel does not care about it clients. Will never go there again.

Great Stay, Wonderful surroundingsThe resort is peaceful and the place is fantastic for families with young children. A swimming pool in a beautiful cornfield surrounding. Certainly for those seeking a more relaxing place. The rooms are beautiful and well kept up. Thanks you for freindly staffs, we had a wonderful stay at this resort and will return again.

Large, comfortable rooms and a very peaceful settingThis resort is very much for those wanting to be in the countryside as it sits in a rice field south west of Chiang Rai about 5-10 mins drive from Wat Rong Kun and the Singha Farm park. The village is very, very quiet so this maybe isn't the place if you like urban markets etc. Rooms are spacious and decor is traditional. There's a nice pool right by the paddy field. You'll need a car and there's safe parking on the site. Reception seemed a bit disorganized mid-week but breakfast was fine.

Enjoy the view!Like the view of rice fields? Want to stay out of town? Not too worried about transport and food? This place is for you. I stayed there for two nights with two grand children to recover from our long journey and from jetlag and we liked it. Order khao tom for breakfast though, stay away from American breakfast if you don't like fried eggs served cold with industrial bread

Peaceful locationVery helpful staff, a good spa with steam room, sauna and massage on request. Out of town in a rural setting among the rice paddies, large rooms with decent facilities. Good value for money! Well worth looking at.
