    Correcto, sin más.

    La cama que me ha tocado era de muy mala calidad, dura y se me clavaban los hierros en la espalda, los dos días que dormí no descansé nada. El personal es muy amable, sobre todo el de recepción. El desayuno muy bueno, aunque he echado en falta más fruta.

    Family meal

    Had a lovely family meal on Sunday. The kids got to visit Santa and it was wonderful. Santa had all the time in the world for a chat. He was lovely. We had food in the Lady Ann. Food was delicious and service was very friendly. Had a chat with Damian, the manager which was a pleasure, as always. All in all, we had a lovely, festive experience. I would definitely recommend a visit!

    Afternoon tea with the Grinch

    We attended afternoon tea with the Grinch and it was amazing! It was a suprise for the children and they were blown away by him. He was in perfect character the whole time. The food and treats were in abundance and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Fionualla was brilliant at helping me book this suprise and I was very impressed with her professionalism. Social distance guidance and covid regulations were followed at all times. We will be back next year! Thank you so much.

    The Grinch afternoon tea

    Fantastic day out with the kids. Amazing set up everyone socially distancing hand sanitizing as you walked in. Thanks to the manager Damien for checking on each table make sure everything ok. Looking forward to a meal here after lockdown.

    I recently lost my dad just before Christmas and he lived in Belfast so I had to travel alone and stay near by. I cannot thank the Balmoral staff enough for their hospitality. I didn't get everyone's names as wasn't thinking at the time but both breakfast and reception staff went above and beyond to check on me and make sure I was comfortable for the few days I stayed.
