  Excellent hotel

  We stayed 6 nights in balim hotel we loved the service, the hotel is very clean , stuff is very helpful and friendly, very safe and great family atmosphere , and location is excellent very close to all attractions and other places in the town .

  Arrogant and unhelpful staff

  We visited balim hotel as a group of 8 . We were all friends and we spent 6 nights in this hotel. The location of the hotel is amazing but thats the only good thing about this hotel. The staff werent helpful in any way whenever we asked for help or assistance. My friends bed was broken in half literally and they did nothing about it . Our shower door was broken so water sprayed everywhere and the fridge wasnt working. Nonetheless, we didnt complain much when they didnt respond to our answers. However, we became really frustrated when they told us to pay for towels that we laid on the floor of the bathroom since water was spraying everywhere during checkout and the manager got angry when we told him the shower door was broken. He went to inspect it and came back yelling in turkish. He was really rude from then on since our agency spoke to him discussing the matter . He would come and tell us to remove our things whenever we sat in the lobby and he would point and us rudely and unimpressed and say things in turkish to his colleagues . Also, if u want breakfast make sure you wake up at 8 since after 8:40 most of the food is gone and they wont offer u anymore. P.S : dont book a triple room you guys will be struggling to move around since the room space is very tiny for 3 and the beds and all joined together.

  excellent hotel

  is the 3rd time i visit this hotel. stuff is very kindly, helpful and friendly.. The food is very good, diverse and taste. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants.. i recommend it!

  I can't recommend

  -There's no sound proofing in the rooms so your neighbors talking feels like they are in your room. -Guests are smoking in the rooms. Even I got a "allergic" room it doesn't help since the smoke comes from the other rooms. All my clothes stink. -There's mold in the shower. -Breakfast is really simple and boring. Not even real coffe. -Bed and pillows are hard like rock. Had to buy my own pillow. +Seaview (if you get one) is quite nice. With the price I was paying (during the low season) I wasn't excepting much though. If you can consider any other destination than Marmaris, I warmly recommend you to do so. The beaches are not nice, there's nothing to see or do shoppings and people are smoking everywhere. Maybe during the summertime if partying is your thing this might work.

  Good value for money

  This year I was staying at the Balim hotel with my boyfriend. We stayed there for 10 nights and 11 days. This hotel is really great, with an excellent location. The rooms are perfectly clean (the ladies who work there are also very nice), beds are comfortable and cosy, and the view is amazing! Ah, that view... :) Also, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Serkan Bilen, the manager of the hotel, is so nice and professional! I really like that guy. He was there for every question and help. Recepcionists and the kitchen help are also very kind. But the biggest "thank you" I would like to give to the very best guy there - Sardjon Bilen - funny and cheerful waiter who really knows how to make your day (also, he makes really good cocktails :) I can not say anything bad for Balim hotel, but for sure I can say that I will be back to this wonderful place.
