  Exceeded our expectations!

  Rooms were clean, private pool of a good size, everything as per photos shown on website :) Bathrooms were large and all had bathtubs and outdoor shower. Free in-room wifi connection is strong. Staff were friendly and accomodating, even serving us breakfast at 2am on a particular day! My kids keep asking to go back to Bali!

  CONDISER BEFORE STAYING!!!

  Me and 9 of my friends decided to stay in this villa for 14 nights in a holiday to Bali. It is a very nice villa however it does have some negative points in which you should consider before staying. Firstly, general ammenities such as toilet paper and water are not provided (as the booking confirmation says). Secondly, there is a Balinese school just next door in which every morning at around 6am we were woken up by loud assemblies and singing. Of course we didn't complain as it is there country and there school but if you are looking for peaceful mornings then this isn't the place for you. Thirdly, we had problems with people friends of the owner and friends of the staff walking in whenever they seemed fit which is very annoying, especially when you enjoy privacy The location isn't the best either, it is the middle of Kuta which is pretty sleezy but for us being young it was good because we were close to all the clubs One thing that I must say is that the staff were amazing!!! I have never in my experience come across staff so helpful, kind and considerate in my life. The staff never dismissed anything we said, were always happy to help, and if anything happened the were on the job to fix it. There are a few broken tiles in the pool and around which isn't exactly safe for a young family but it's more of a party villa anyway Also, contact with the owner is difficult at the owner lives in Germany Besides that we had a good time, difficult to say whether we would stay again but probably would die to the staff ahahah

  Beautiful Villa with Amazing Staff

  My elderly mother, my daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights and had a beautiful relaxing time. The weather was unfortunately very muggy so having our own pool and very good air conditioning was a huge bonus. Our staff member Putu could not have done any more to make our stay any better. He was always there to help us. As the Villa is quite isolated he took us to do some food shopping, money change. We were greeted every morning with smiles and a beautifully cooked breakfast, freshly made juice and fruit plate. The rooms were huge and cleaned well. The grounds around our villa were kept perfectly. If you want a quiet, out of the way villa with staff that are there to help but not in your face this is the one. Thank you Putu and staff.

  Worth for Money, recommended!

  Only 10-15 minutes ride from Denpasar or Seminyak. Very private villa (3 bedrooms) and calm place for stay.. Facilitated Private pool, living and dining room, kitchen with kitchenette. Definitely, will stay again. Worth for Money!

  Budget 3Bdrms, Value for Money!

  This is the perfect choice to stay in Bali when travelling with family or friends. Pay less for having 3bedrooms private villa, you can get an experience more than expected. The location is only about 15 minutes to Seminyak. There are 3 comfortable rooms with each bathrooms. The villa have a private pool, living room, garden, kitchen ready for cooking. Staff also very helpful. Recommended!
