  Terrible experience

  We have booked our room (breakfast included) one month prior to out visit and we have communicated two days before our arrival to ask if it was possible to have a room upgrade. Their answer was come and we will talk. At our arrival they informed us that because of the pandemic, breakfast is cancelled and they will refund us the amount. Also, they added that they would not clean our room until we leave (that was 3,5 days without cleaning the room, bins and bathroom). If we wanted new towels we had to leave the old ones to a certain place and they would provide us with new ones in a certain way. When we asked why have they not told us about the new policy, before we arrive, via email or phone, their answer was that the policy had changed few weeks ago (we had called them about the upgrade two days before we arrive so they did have the opportunity to tell us, but they chose not to). When we started to complain about the absence of information on their behalf, they offered a room upgrade free of charge (which we asked for in the first place and would prefer to pay and not given as a favour). Also, during check out they asked us to pay in cash and when we gave them card instead, they started saying that there was a problem with the pos and they required us to go to the nearest town in order to find atm. Last but not least we asked for the receipt and they said that it would take long time to provide it, because they were talking on the phone (???). So we left without a receipt. To sum up, they, as hosts, did not pay the legal fee for providing us the rooms, but we have paid the full and legal amount for a room without breakfast/cleaning services and without preview notice about all of these.

  Best hotel experience I have ever had

  I stayed here with my partner for our birthday at the end of July 2020. From when we first checked in, the hospitality and customer service was excellent. Demetrius and his team were very friendly, warm and welcoming, they helped us to arrange taxis to our different activities and even recommended other things that we could do and visit. We had breakfast and lunch at the restaurant (paid for, not part of a package), and the food was great. The portion sizes are very good and the prices even better. The hotel is right by the beach so we didnt have to walk far to do watersports and go to the beach bars down there. As it was my birthday during the stay, the hotel team helped my boyfriend to source a cake in town that I was presented with in the morning (very kind and touching of them). No request was too big or too small. Our room was a great size and bright and airy. Cannot say a single thing wrong with this hotel. Would highly highly recommend.

  Somehow below expectations

  Starting with the good things: the position of the hotel is nice, on the cliff, with a beautiful view on the bay. Moreover, the rooms are very modern and comfortable, as well as the welcoming and the availability of the staff. However, we were not fully convinced, due to several reasons. First of all, the breakfast, that you can have in the nearby restaurant is somehow not included. I was pretty convinced that it was, when I booked it. A discount of 8% is given. When we were there, after 2 days, the prices were mysteriously increased of minimum 20% on some options. Second, there is no cleaning service. In addition to that, the bathtub with jacuzzi function could not be used anymore, as the water was not going down anymore. The price paid for the junior suite was not little money, therefore, expectations were much higher, even though this is considered only a 2 stars hotel.

  All-round Great!

  There is nothing that this hotel does that is not at a high quality. Location: on a cliff overlooking the sea with a walk down to the beach beside the hotel. Ten minute drive into Zakynthos town along a beautiful coastal road. Room: super comfortable with all the amenities; great shower, bed and pillow and a quiet air conditioner. Nice balcony with a view over the sea and can hear the waves at night if you want. The sliding door to the balcony has a screen door, a glass door and a metal slotted door to cover all options, and a very secure locking system, for each door except the screen door. The free breakfast had three options, all good, instead of a buffet, because of covid restrictions. The restaurant had great food and good service in the open air with a lot of space between tables. The staff, especially Eleni and her husband, who manage the hotel, were super friendly and helpful. All of this for reasonable prices. Nothing to complain about!

  magic hotel and view

  perfect location, close to cenre and the view can take your breath away. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they treat you like family. The best value for money. Big, clean rooms!!! We will go there again and again
