  Bit of luxury

  Having prebooked a studio in Kassiopi with booking .com, on arrival found it unsuitable. Went into the Travel Corner agency and they offered us a room at Belaris. What a lovely surprise. Very spacious, modern,well equipped, separate bedroom plus large kitchen /lounge,great value, plus nice pool area. One small drawback is it backs onto the main road but double glazing cuts any traffic noise out. Very friendly and helpful cleaner was around most days.Apartmets surrounded by nice well kept garden.Close to all shops and restaurants. Would return.

  Not too bad but please change the owner

  This is hot an Hotel, it is a part of a complex where the owner decide tha t tou have to stay when all tue other Hotels he has are full. The Owber is in the travel Corner who is a travel agency fee minutes away in the same street. It was very rude and he want to charge us all the service we paid for (air condition and city tax) twi time. We explain and show him the confirmation, he talk with booking.com (our reservation conpany) but he decide tha t we have to pay again... Bookig.com contact us and ask us to pay it and we can have the money back as refund. We paid only the tax bevause it is somenthing that we are not sure and not the air condition (it is not an onest thing). When we came back the night we found the remote control in the room and we use the air condition because we thinked it was all clear with the owber and booking.com. We never came back at the travel corner we don't like to talk with this person again. The last day we have to bring back the key and remote control and at rhe checkout it ask us the money for the air condition... i don't pay somenthing i had pat before.. and here a stupid movie scene .. he took the phone and he pretended to call the police.. i said just "i sit here waiting for untill 11 after this itme i have to go" ..police never arrived.. and he said "you can go they'll arrive late" .. i just ask to work better the tourist who are the only business he has... but i think he don't undestood it. the owner a part the apartment is not too bad, it is a normal place to spend 7 days in summer especially because you don't spend so much time in the Hotel. Bathroom was good only thig the water take a little bit to go form the shower but is is not a big problem. They never do our room in 10 days but we can manage it without problem. The swimming pool is very small and a lot time is without sun than little bit cold. The wifi never works... Just please print abd check ehat yiu have included in your rate because the owner try in all the way to charge you more money still you have it included, if you have problem contact your providor (booking.com or expedia or other one) in order to resolvento problem or have a refund in case you pay for. Not bad place but rwally bad person.

  The mottramd

  Just returned from our fifth visit to Balaris apartmwntsvooked through our friends at the travel corner,As always greeted back like family spotless apartments from the lovely Isabella.kostas went above and beyond when our card was swallowed up at the atm machine.The kindness shown to us by all at the travel corner was amazing.Will be back again next year for a trouble free holiday Alan aan Liz

  Fantastic experience

  We have just returned from a wonderful holiday with some of our party staying at Balaris and some at Ariti. Wouldnt hesitate to come back to either of these accommodations and cant wait to return already! The Travel Corner always very helpful,special thanks to Kostas and Alexia who have gone out of their way to make this a very special holiday for us all. I think the fact that we met lots of people who go year after year says it all, speaks volumes. We look forward to seeing you all again!

  Perfect Location

  These apartments are the perfect location to explore Kassiopi. They are close to all the main bars, cafes, restaurants plus the main square and harbour areas. They are also just off the beaten track so lovely and quiet. The pool area is clean with plenty of shade if required. The apartments were very clean with regular maid service. Facilities in the room are pretty standard but functional and clean. Very reasonably priced. Would be happy to stay here again.
