  Buen lugar staff muy maaaaal!!!

  El resort es muy bonito, tanto las habitaciones como el entorno porqué el pueblo es tranquilo, alejado (pero cerca) de la turística Lijiang (que no nos gustó puesto que han convertido un casco histórico patrimonio de la humanidad en un centro comercial al aire libre infestado de turistas, y por el que ya sólo por entrar te hacen pagar). Lo detestable del alojamiento es su staff. Esas chicas de recepción no son nada profesionales (en más de una ocasión dejaron la recepción sola, todo abierto, con mochilas y maletas de los clientes allí, porqué se fueron al pueblo del lado a pasear), pero lo peor fue el engaño. Les dijimos que en principio des del hotel nos tenían que sacar la entrada para entrar en Lijiang (como he dicho antes), porqué ya te incluyen esos 10 euros aprox. Como cargo de la habitación. Debían emitirnos como tres bonos para entrar 3 días en Lijiang porqué al estar allí alojadas, ya lo cargan en el hotel... Bien... yo no sé si no nos entendió o lo hizo por que no conoce bien su trabajo, peró en vez de decirnos que no lo sabía o preguntáramos a otra parte... para que nos calláramos nos dió tres papelitos con sello en chino a cadauna. No servía para entrar a la ciudad (tuvimos que pagar la entrada a parte), al llegar al hotel se lo dijimos, qué nos había dado y se hizo la ignorante, y más tarde descubrimos que nos había dado billetes de bus, ya pasados. ESO NO SE HACE!!!

  Enjoyed!

  I really enjoy staying at the Baisha. Apart from the cozy environment, the staff are very nice and helpful. They entertain you with warm hospitality. If I come again, it is no doubt I must choose the Baisha Holiday Resort Lijiang. And it is highly recommended to my friends and other tourists who are going to visit Lijiang.

  Quiet stay away from the bustle of Lijiang

  A rather quaint B&B away from the maddening crowd of Lijiang, this is an older home turned into a hotel. Located at the end of the village, it is exceptionally quiet. The owner was friendly and helpful, going out of his way to make my stay enjoyable, including taking another guest and me on a drive through the nearby mountains, as well as throwing a courtyard party to which he invited local women to perform traditional dance. Decent internet connection, plenty of hot water, and clean linen. Breakfast was rather simple but cooked to order and sufficient for our needs. I would be more than happy to stay here again.

  Unreliable

  Apparently a hit or miss. We had booked 3 nights, upon arriving at the property we are told there is no hot water. The manager found us a room at another guesthouse nearby below the standard we expected. A complete disappointment for our first nights in Yunnan. There were no other guests at his property, and the next day the place was closed. It just felt that we would be the only guest and he didn't want to bother having us. I would just book one night if you must, and find another guesthouse as there are other nice options in Baisha.

  Amazing experience in traditional Chinese style Resort!

  We had a great time in Baisha and specially at this amazing Resort! It is really well-located, just a few meters from the Main Street but still it is very quiet. The room was truly clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom with western toilet. The staff is friendly and helpful which made us feel so welcomed. There are many outdoor activities to do around the city, just ask them! The building has a Chinese traditional style but with all the amenities needed today. The garden is so nice, ideal to chill and enjoy the atmosphere of this unique village! Definitely we would come back!
