  One of the worst I've been to

  The most important thing is that it's not worth the price. If it was 70% cheaper, I'd take it and not complain about it. But the fact that it's pretty expensive makes me unsatisfied with my stay. We spent two nights in the hotel, food was poorly cooked or cold with lots (lots!) of oil used everywhere, bread tasted awfully for breakfast, spagethi were disgusting and coffee was of course the worst. Rooms/apartments are old-fashioned and badly equipped, but not dirty. When I asked for the toilets in the reception or restaurant I was given retort that I have a toilet in my room. The beach was great, though, you could swim in the ocean or had a nice run in the morning. We didn't use the pool, because we were told water hats are supposed to be bought on the reception for additional charge, because without them you are not allowed to enter pool area. To sum it up, it wasn't a great experience and it's a hotel I wouldn't recommend, mostly because I got a feeling that satisfaction of their clients is not something they are striving for, because they simply do not care.

  Only for Italians! No Customer Service ! Dated Rooms and Facilites

  We just came back from this resort . We stayed 4 days at one of the apartments. From the beginning it was clear we were the only foreigners at this hotel. The reception and probably other guest are not used to foreigners at this place. Did not eat at the restaurant as they were asking for 25 euros per person /per meal. You could easily walk to one of the restaurants and have better food for that price. We wanted to use the washing machine to wash our clothes and were given a run around. We were sent to two different places. Felt like if you don't ask, they will not give you any information. Probably everyone goes there knows where everything is. But for us it was not the case. Air conditioning in our rooms made loud noises , only provided 2 really thin pillows per room. There was no sign of where is what and how to get A-B. Only positive was the beach. Beautiful sand, nice water to swim in. But will not be coming back to this place.
