  Great location, with superb customer service!!

  The staff happily met us at the port and escorted us to the hotel. The rooms are very clean, excellent accommodations and the the staff was superb. A quick walk from the center of Lipari, restaurants, nightlife, museum, castle and ancient ruins. A good European breakfast was provided in the morning. The hotel also had free connections to the beach in Conneto beach lido and a great view of the sea from the solarium. Overall a great experience and highly recommended!

  Most helpful staff we've ever encountered!

  We always use Trip Advisor but rarely bother to write reviews... Had to for this place - amazing value, nice room in a brilliant spot by a lovely swimming area and most importantly the owners are SO helpful. Tindara is a superstar and picked us up, dropped us off for a boat trip, booked our transport back to Catania airport - superstar!

  Beautiful views, wonderful staff

  You really feel like you're on a blissful island holiday at this hotel. Big comfortable rooms, and beautiful terrace views of the sea. Quiet but close enough to town to walk. The staff went above and beyond to help. Shuttle bus very convenient. Simple breakfast but sufficient. I had a very personal experience of this area as my Dad is originally from Lipari and this hotel was around the corner from where he grew up. I just loved being there and can't wait to go back!

  LOVE!! Great place, very nice people. Highly recommend!

  Lovely place and even lovelier woman running it. Nice enough rooms with great views. Only downside is no elevator but they are getting them at the end of the year. Shuttle service to the marina included and couldn't ask for nice people.

  Great residence close to everything and a beach

  Tindara and her staff were welcoming and helpful, and their efficiency and hard work keeps the island moving! We stayed for one week. The location is about 1.2 km from the Port, on the edge of the old town. You can walk through narrow old residential streets to the centre of town, the citadel and the harbours, in 10 minutes, with very few cars. The hotel is as clean as a whistle, the rooms are large, and we had a nice balcony to enjoy an evening drink and view down through the garden to the sea. We cooked for ourselves every night in the kitchenette. Every afternoon we swam at the little pebbly beach at the bottom of the street, 2 minutes from our room, with local families, and enjoyed this glimpse of life in Lipari. On the day we departed we appreciated the special early morning shuttle ride to the Port, preceded by an earlier than usual breakfast, offered by Tindara to make our day easier.
