  Worst place ever

  Wow, how terrible can one place get! Came here on a last minute budget holiday with a couple of friends. I have no issue with no frills budget package holidays, but this place is the pits! The room was supposed to be for 3, but they had merely wedged another single bed into a room for 2. The room wasnt clean when we got there, and then we were told that beds were changed every 3 days, and towels changed every 5 days. You could have more towels or get the bed changed more often but would have to pay. A list was given to us detailing Fines that were applicable for a number of violations and clearly set out to rake extra money in! The towels were changed once, and clean bedding was left on the beds once, the room was not cleaned once during the entire week. There was a rule that no towels were to be left on beds around the pool, but every bed had a towel on it by 8:15am. This place is disgusting and I would recommend keeping as far away from it as possible.

  Stay away.

  Our apartment was really dirty, especially the shower the mattresses were also dirty. The towels in the room were dirty. It also smelled like mold. We had payed for one week, but stayed only for one night. We could not spend our vacation in dirty surroundings. On the plus side it was close to the beach.. The photos shows the mattresses and the shower. The shower looked like this after my husband had scrubbed it clean....

  Standards dropped considerably

  Stayed here last year so decided to visit again . How standards have changed so drastically in a year as our room was not fit for purpose . Upon arrival opened the blind to look out the window and the blinds fell to the floor then shortly after I realised the bathroom door did not close . The mattress was a disgrace with ill fitting sheets and two single duvet covers on a double bed . After a trip to reception and a room change things did get slightly better although there seemed to be rather a few issues with guests receiving fines for various things to include broken chairs on balconies etc ( which I might add looked extremely old and tatty ) Bar prices have increased significantly on last year and cleaning is virtually non existent so much so on day 7 I had to ask for clean towels and bedding . By no means do I expect 5 star at 3 star prices and Im quite happy with a basic room and facilities but unfortunately this year Bahami fell well below that for me and so I wont be returning

  Terrible standards!

  Booked a late deal here with my two children, 15year old and a 13year old and my husband, for a week. I'm not sure where to start really......I don't think I have ever stayed in a place like this. Towels were never changed. Bed linen never changed. Room never cleaned all week, bathroom never cleaned. When we arrived the kitchen worktop hadn't been cleaned from the previous people- nor had the plates etc. We had 1 bowl in the kitchen! Didn't get any more??? For self catering its very poorly fitted out. Very small reception area, signs everywhere stating about fines etc. We hired a car, came back in the evening, and they wanted to charge us for using the car park.....I said no. Sign clearly says free car park for hotel customers. 1 toilet paper left in the room, if you need another one then you need to help yourself to one off the cleaning trolley!! There wasn't enough hot water for all 4 of us to have a shower in the evening. Hotel got very noisy towards the end of our stay, with young people coming back from a night out. The swimming pool is on the small side - clean but small, a few sunbeds around it, towels were put on the beds early in the morning and remained there all day. They were dirty too! The bed sheets never fitted the dirty beds. Awful pillows, disgusting. Covered in stains. I would not recommend anyone staying here. And the Bahami need to employ some cleaners who are going to clean!!

  Dont recommend

  This was the only hotel we could book in Bulgaria because it was late minute we just booked it for only £1500 for 7 nights for 4 people. When we got to the hotel the reception was very small we only saw 2 people at reception. He gave us our key so we went to our room we started noticing everywhere said 50 Euro fine for a lot of things this was quite odd we thought. This room was self-catering so it had a hob, fridge, microwave and oven. The only problem was they didnt give you anything to cook or eat with. We was given one bowl between 4 people and we had to clean the utensils when we got there because they was dirty. Moving on to the bathroom when we got there we didnt have enough towels for all of us so we had to ask for another one. The bathroom was quite small and we had a big problem with the shower because there wasnt enough hot water for 4 of us so after a day of swimming we all want a shower but 2 of us have to have a cold shower because no hot water comes out only freezing cold water this is a problem if you are going as a family. We had to replace our toilet paper ourselves because no one would replace it. Moving on to the bedrooms we had two single beds pushed together in the kitchen area and a double bed in the bedroom. The bed near the kitchen was disgusting it was very dirty had many stains and look like it hasnt been clean in ages but the bed in the bedroom was okay we didnt see any stains on it. They say they change the towels every 3 days and bed sheets every 5 days we was here for a week and our towels never got changed once and our bed sheets didnt get changed once either, when we left the sign on our door that says please make up the room, when we got back they room looked untouched the beds was the same and nothing was cleaned this is disgusting If you think about it. The air conditioning was the only good thing to be honest it work really well and when we got back to our room it was nice and cool, we also had a very small balcony that we couldnt all fit on. The pool was very small and there wasnt enough sun beds for everyone when we got there about 9 ish they was all taken up so we had to get up early if we wanted to be at the pool all day. At night its quite noisy like 2-4 in the morning we hear people screaming and shouting down the corridors running up and down this isnt good if you want to sleep like many people. They lie about the wifi also, it says on the website free wifi but when you get there theres a sign saying the prices. Overall I wouldnt recommend this hotel if your coming to Bulgaria theres many 4-5 hotels which are nice so I recommend stay in them only stay here if there is no where else.
