  Great time for whole family

  We spent really nice time in the hotel again. We recommend to use family package and enjoy benefits of Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card at no extra charge. The Staff was really nice and their kitchen is amazing.

  Cozy hotel outside centro of zell am see

  This hotel is really cozy and personal. Staff is amazing and helps you out in whatever situation you should have. The food is excellent, the spa is new and very nice, and the rooms are also very nice. We stayed for one weekend and went skiing in zell am see which is only a 5 minute bus drive away from the hotel. It is a small hotel with few rooms which makes it very personal and the staff knows you after the first meeting. I really recommend it!

  A very nice hotel with excellent service

  Rooms: needs to be a bit more updated. They do not have a 4 star standard (at least not the one we were staying in). The towels have been used too long .The breakfast is excellent and so is the dinner. The rates for the drinks are ok. Skibuses are stopping outside the hotel and you can go both to Zell am See and to Saalbach but it's practical to have a car. It's not walking distance to the city center. The relax area is very nice and modern.

  Winter Ski Trip

  A very warm & welcoming environment with an excellent restaurant & bar. Spotlessly clean. Good Austrian food & wine. Very nice & accommodating owners & staff. Exceptionally comfortable rooms. Nice pool & sauna. Good ski & boot storage facilities. Brilliantly positioned for ski bus transportation direct to the main lifts. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

  Wonderful hospitality, accommodation and facilities

  I was in one of the larger rooms. It was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The rooms were also well constructed and quiet - I was not disturbed on any night by neighbouring guests. It is a family run hotel for many generations and every single member of the team was attentive and helpful with every single need. I fell in love with the place and will definitely be visiting again. It is on the main bus route to the town centre - 5 minutes to the main bus station and bottom of the City Express ski lift. It is also on the main bus route to Saalbach/Hinterglemm which was serviced by an hourly and took 30 mins. The SPA was spacious with several saunas and a steam room and pool. What a hidden gem in the heart of the Austrian alps. If you want relaxation, sport [ski/cycle/walk] and good food, this is the place !
