  Okay apartments

  The staff is good even though Communication is pretty hard unless you speak polish. The reception was on the 10th floor in a different building which can be kind of tricky, but just ask for help and they will point you in the right direction. Good price, you get what you pay for. Taxi to the city is ca 25 zloti.

  Perfect place

  I stayed here for a couple of days in the beginning of July. Fantastic place, with excellent service. Mr. Dariusz will take great care of you. The rooms were open and clean, and the location is also very good. Located right across shopping centre Arkadia, and you'll find bus/tram/metro connections to anywhere in town! I would also like to say that Mr. Dariusz is a great man! I've never met a man who gave this kind of service. Always happy, and never says no to help. Iwould highly recommend this place, and I will definitely go back when I'm in town

  Misleading Advertising

  Bakar Tower is not a hotel, but rather an apt. There was no air conditioning, windows without screens, horrible soft mattress, linens that did not fit. If you have open windows on the weekend late evenings their is noise & fireworks from kids hanging out. I requested ice cube tray for refrigerator & told I can buy it. To get to your apt requires opening 5 locks between front door & your rental unit. Bottom line I had a 5 day reservation & could not wait to leave after 2 nites.

  Bad experience

  The entrance to the hotel is confusing and most pics of the hotel that I have seen do not look like the hotel. The Polin Museum is about a mile walk from the hotel. The hotel canceled our reservation the day before we arrived. We never received emails stating they will cancel our reservation if we don't give them our credit card number. They could of waited one more day and they would of seen we showed up. What we saw of the hotel is not where we would of wanted to stay. The hotel did however get us into a hotel across the Street Hotel Maria. I strongly recommend Hotel Maria over the Babka Tower.

  Smelly, old, and old fashioned place

  The reservation was canceled, but we got charged for the whole stay before we entered the room. It was very hard to find the room, or divided apartment, which was in another building with a very rude porter. The room stunk of being so old, the furniture looked like from an old aunt's house. Smelly old wallpaper. Lampshades missing. Dark. The kitchen was old and stunk as well. We could not imagine staying there! Needs remodeling, and deep cleaning badly. We were offered another room, with a similarly terrible old people smell, and old fashioned furniture. The bed was old and uncomfortable. We refused to stay there, explained why, but were not returned the money!!
