  my partner and i have just returned from a two night stay in room 2 exceptionally clean with everything you need for a good nights sleep the room was well fitted out and had a small but ample en-suite a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning . on site parking is provided. Danny and Rita are the perfect hosts. a few minutes walk to the babbacombe downs and beach also many good eating places within easy reach. There is lots to do locally and Torquay harbour town centre and beach just a short car/bus ride away.

  Wonderful, once again.....

  Over from Australia, we stayed once again with Danny and Rita - our B & B of choice! Such a wonderfully hospitable couple who go that "extra mile" and made our stay so easy. We stayed in the "Garden Room" which was quiet, large and very clean. Comfortable bed, fluffy towels and a fan for the hot weather: excellent. Breakfast was hearty and delicious with great conversation & humour. Free parking and wi-fi and all in a terrific location, with the buses running passed the door to take you into Torquay and an award winning fish and chip shop just down the road! What more could you ask for. We highly recommend this wonderful guest house and this has been our fourth visit.

  Perfect for location and cleanliness

  Danny & Rita are more than just hosts, they take a genuine interest in their guest and nothing is too much. They even sourced gluten free food for my daughter at short notice. Your stay will be a hassle free one. Matt Ellen & Abbie

  A superb guest house!

  We booked a weekend stay at Babbacombe guest house. A superb place, very clean, lovely rooms (we had the loft room, which is very characterful and lovely!). The owners are very approachable, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing! Not greasy st all and very tasty!!! Highly recommend this guest house for short or long stays. Great walks can be found, great pubs and food locally... and for those who arent lazy! A short 2 mile walk takes you into the heart of Torquay (if you want shops, further nightlife etc), not that we did... we wanted a treat place to recharge our batteries, it ticked all the boxes!   another superb visit

  this was our fourth visit. Danny and Rita are superb hosts, so welcoming and friendly. the rooms are all you would want, the breakfasts are second to none, and nothing seems too much trouble. the location is lovely, just cross the road and walk to the seafront, there are plenty of shops just a few minutes walk away, buses are frequent and there is free parking.can't think of anything to make it better, other than a longer stay! see you again soon folks!
