Best holiday as everWe love this hotel, the staff are so friendly. It's clean with good facilities and the area is great. Granted we are bias as go to Cesme twice a year and have for about 6 now!! Don't go to this hotel expecting to find loads of English because there won't be, in fact both May and September we were the only ones! That's part of what we can very but it does offer up challenges most obviously the language barrier! ! We don't have issues communicating and if worst comes to worst Google Translate is there! If u want a quiet location with great bars and restaurants in both the local villages then you'll love it here. If u want UK away from home, cheap fake goods and English breakfasts then this is not the place for you

Nice hotel but would not come back againHotel is nice, beach was near with lots of space.People were mostly old and was not noisy. Nice quiet place. Sometimes there were weddings. As it was after 8 September, the summer season was eventually over and the sea was pretty windy in this area, with big waves and seaweed, beach was shallow and all the seaweed was everywhere. I like swimming without waves and I had such quiet days maybe 3-4 times out of 11. What a pity. I had to go to other beaches around Cesme. What I didn't like also: 1) Food was like as it was a 3 star hotel, not fresh sometimes. Food could be better, sometimes it was really old ham with ugly slime on it. 2) there was no wi-fi in the room, AT ALL!!! I had to use it at reception and I wasted too much time for that. And my first day I had no wi-fi AT ALL ANYWHERE! It was the most expensive hotels in Turkey and the quality was really weird. 3) windy weather in September. As I said before. The staff was friendly and pleasant even if they didn't speak too much English, the bell boy was really nice. But on my last evening i was refused a glass of wine in main restaurant (I asked at 21:05 - which was only 5 min. "closed")), even if it was opened and there were plenty of waiters to get it. A short guy could have learned how to treat customers first before getting this job. And then I had to come back and ask another waiter (a girl came) who finally got me that damn glass without any problem :) Thanks.

Just perfectWanted a chilling out holiday and this is certainly the place to go. Could not fault a thing, beautiful location minutes from the beach which was cleaned every day, comfy sun loungers and plenty of shade when it was needed. The hotel was very clean, the beds really comfy and towels changed every day. The food choice was exceptional with lots of tasty foods to try. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly, all made an effort to speak English which we really appreciated. Farouk, the manager went above board when we told him we had friends who live in Turkey and they had booked in for a couple of nights to be with us, he had wine and a fruit basket put in their room to welcome them. The pool was very clean and both pool bars served a wide range of drinks and snacks. This was our first time here and it certainly wont be the last, we could confidently recommend it .

Lovely quiet hotelWe love the Babaylon, we stay there twice a year when possible. I arrived 5th September, fantastic welcome as ever. There are very few British people go but for us that's a bonus! The food is great, very focused on safety, with the addition, this year, of an outside grill. If you like a quiet hotel with great links to the local villages. Places to visit to eat in Cesme, if you fancy a venture out, are Friendly Corner and Tektekcii

Great hotel to chill outWe stayed here early September, It's a great place if you just want to relax, brilliant places for sun bathing, choose from massive pool, grass, beach or jetty. The food was good, plenty of choice. Some things we've never heard of, mainly Turkish dishes but there is plenty of recognisable food. Some of the Turkish food was lovely. There is not a lot of entertainment at night but you can get into Cesme in 10/15 minutes where there is more going on. The hotel isn't aimed at the British holiday maker, mainly Turkish and German but don't let that put you off, it has a very friendly atmosphere. Lots of interesting places to see if you're more adventurous locally andwithin a couple of hours travel.
