  Solo paramos a disfrutar de la cafetería, pero volveremos

  Tenemos que volver a probar el restaurante. Nosotros vivimos en Phuket y vinimos a explorar nuevos horizontes, paramos en este lugar tan bonito, un detalle que espero el manager tome nota, el aparca coches tan educado ayuda a aparcar pero no solo eso, nos acompaña a cruzar la carretera. Cuando el personal de dentro nos ve, un chico, sale a recibirnos con una bandeja ya con dos to allot as que supongo eran frías, pero cuando nos mira y ve nuestra apariencia informal, con flip flop de goma, shorts y muy informales no nos ofrece las toallitas, este detalle me parece muy mal, lo que siempre digo del país que nos acoge desde hace 3 años y sus gentes, nunca te catalogan o te tratan por según como vistas, por que para mi Tailandia es un país muy informal y es algo que me gusta mucho. Me sentí un poco ofendida la verdad.

  Family trip + Baba Loop

  Room was great! Staycation in nearby area. Not far from Phuket and easy access to here. My son and wife happy and enjoy in Pool Villa. BIG room with private pool. Bathroom is the best with size and very big bathtub. Automatic Toilet is the best! After they sleep, it's party time. Baba Loop is AMAZING! Good atmosphere with good house music from Function-one big sized speakers! In Villa Breakfast is the best! Thank you Baba Beach Club Team for make us happy with our family staycation.

  Extremely disappointed ever!!

  Such a terrible service if compared with five stars hotel. Please do not claimed yourself as a five stars hotel!! I stayed at Intercontinental hotel before i came here such a different service as hell and heaven. I understand new normal conditions for hotel under the pandemic, but it not a reason that u can minimize buffet line (just 3 tables for cereal and fruit, no bread or any bakery preset!). I never met five stars hotel charged for still water. Fitness is very tiny, it just only few machine for exercising. Dinner at hotel restaurant also expensive as ingredients that we deserved. Maybe its hotel for EDM lover, i already knew that not suitable for us at all. It also made me hesitate if i booked hotel in this chain like Sri-pan-wa. My first and last time here i promise. If you are come as a family or people who love facilities in hotel and peaceful place, this hotel is not your answer! Trust me, you deserved better hotel than this if we compare in same very EXPENSIVE price per night! Ps. One star is for staff. Just STAFF!

  Beautiful Resort!

  We had a short one night stay in a Ocean view Suite but were totally impressed by the hotel, our room and also remarkably excellent staff. We chose this hotel on this trip mainly for its location, excellent to get to Samet Nangshe viewpoint on our way to Krabi however would definitely like to return! Our room was beautifully appointed and I appreciated very much the overall chic environment and the period Sino-Portuguese styling of the whole Resort. We also enjoyed the food and service at the restaurant.

  Great location and facilities

  Stopped by during a COVID lull. Stayed in a 2-bedroom pool villa which are looked across the street from the main resort (in a nicely landscaped garden/decorative pools area). These are well-designed and appointed villas with about everything you need. Just be clear that they are not on or near the beach (probably 150-250 meters depending on which one you are in). Beach is great and had a well protected, secluded area of trees next to the beach for good shade. Large pool with swim up bar. Uptempo music adds to the energy of this resort which, when full, might resemble a Club Med vibe. Food was excellent and that was important as, due to COVID, not much is open around there. So, prepare to spent some money on food as it is not cheap- resort prices. Service was hit and miss. All places are trying to scale up their staff as well as trying to figure out how many people will show up so be patient. Core staff was very friendly and helpful. Just need a bit of work on consistency and process. Overall, an excellent, fun resort. Check it out.
