  Very Clean with Super Location

  We check about 20 places before we took two double rooms at Baan Rabiang Talay from October 16 through 18, 2012. While most of the hotels in the area were demanding 2500 Baht or more, here we got two rooms for 1300 Baht per night, non inclusive of breakfast. With breakfast it would be 200 Baht more per room. The location, only 200 meters from TaKiab Beach is just wonderful. This is the best beach in Hua Hin by far. It is only 5 minutes to the new Sea Pine Golf Course, which I played for the first time (Great course). This hotel is only two years old, so everything is in new condition; there are good LCD TVs in each room, the free wireless internet service was flawless and fast enough. The staff were all polite. My kids loved it too. The swimming pool is also clean and fun.

  Excellent value

  Having stayed in quite a few places in Hua Hin over the last decade, we were quite appalled by how prices have risen, and were looking for some genuine value. Baan Rabiang Talay offered that value, with much the same facilities as other resorts we have tried and genuinely helpful, friendly staff to boot. Great wee pool/cafe area with a la carte cooked breakfast if wanted included in the price, along with the usual toast, cereal, fruit and yoghurt. Rooms very clean and tidy, all with good sized balcony and fridge. No lift, so a bit of a workout if you end up on the top floor - having said that, being at treetop level has its benefits and was much quieter. Beach is only a couple of minutes walk and some great restaurants in the area.

  Great Little Hotel

  Just had 10 great nights at this little hotel in Khao Takiab. Ticked all the boxes. Spotlessly clean, great location, plenty of hot water and lovely staff. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. A lovely breakfast cooked fresh every morning and we were greeted with a smile. The pool was only small but it was nice and refreshing after a day on the beach. We went purely to re-charge our batteries after a busy year and it was just what we wanted. Close enough to Hua Hin for a night out but far enough away to escape the madness. Really enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good clean family run hotel in a great spot 100m from Takiab beach.

  A nice place

  We really enjoy staying here. A small hotel, friendly, clean, great location , a hotel that shows an ambience that big hotels lack. Great swimming pool, nice breakfast, a comfortable bed, hot water, nice breeze on a comfortable deck. We will be back.
