  Do not stay here

  We booked and spoke to the Manager a number of times. After sending the Flight details he forgot. Arrived and the room was stinking , dusty and bathroom was smelly with some ones old shampoo on window sill. Arrived at 1am on the 25th dec 2014 - No Water left in fridge - Bedding was all stained - towels where stained - Bed side lamp no bulb - Lamp shades where full of Dust and there was dust every where - was promised a room on the 2nd floor and had one on the top floor. We spent 3 nights there out of 22 and had a refund. Lee promised to meet us a number of times and let us down. And then when i passed the hotel one day i stopped and asked about my money. He got all defensive and started swearing and raising his hands and pointing to me in my Face. He clearly wanted to start something !!!!! I only got my money back by putting in a claim through paypal. There are many many hotels on the island and many are the same price or a little more in better areas. I also had some sarci messages of him and also when i tried calling him he chose not to answer. We where there to get married. He knew this , and i have read other reviews where he seemed to be helpful but was not on this time of us being there. We could not wait to leave there. And felt uncomfortable. The taxi driver also charged me 850 baht from the airport to Bangtao - 20 mins away ???? you can pay less than that to get to Patong which is another 20 mins away. I will upload pictures on a later date to show how dirty the Hotel is. There is hardly any parking so beware if you hire a car

  Lovely Budget Hotel - Definitely Stay Here!

  Only stayed for two nights here but wished it was longer. The staff were amazingly friendly and the food at the restaurant in the garden was lovely. Room was really clean and a good size for the price paid. Good view over the mountains as well. Hotel was about a mile from the beach and old town. Would absolutely, definitely stay here again.

  BEAUTIFUL HOTEL, FRIENDLY STAFF, WELL-PRICED

  I'll get the bad points out of the way first: NONE! Room was great, comfy kingsize bed, balcony, fridge and coffee-making facilities which are topped up daily when room serviced. Beautiful pool and casual dining area outside where you can order food throughout the day. Staff friendly and very helpful with arranging taxis for you. I enjoyed it here immensely and would highly recommend it. Best value for money during our whole stay. Lucille and Stacey

  A little out of the way but lovely

  We really enjoyed our time at leelawadee. The service was good and the pool was great. Our room was clean and spacious and the air con worked really well. It's a little out of the way which is the only negative we had. Not a problem if you hire a bike as many people do. Overall a great stay.
