  Not a good experience

  I booked online. My real reason for staying here and not someplace nicer is because I was thinking about buying one of their condo units here and wanted to have a good look on my own. Upon check-in, staff was not so friendly. Oh well, we all have bad days. I did not get the room number I booked (obviously somebody's condo) but staff assured me that the difference in actual room number on my reservation didn't matter. Room was quite ok but didn't get the WiFi as promised online. Staff said there was free WiFi by the pool and fitness room and there was a notice there how to sign in. No notice. No WiFi. So, I got back home a few days later and got an email asking me why I was a no-show. I told them that was absurd, I checked in as instructed and paid in full. Something fishy is going on here. Obviously, I didn't get the room I booked and the owner of that condo unit got huffy about it. Whether the mix-up was intentional or not, I'll never know. I decided not to pursue my idea of buying a unit here. Stay somewhere else. It's not worth the THB 2,000 per night I paid.

  OMG

  Although the resort is centrally located, it's not truly a "resort" as most of us would have visualised. It's amenities are very basic. Room's cleanliness left much to be desired as we could see spiderweb in the corners and loose hair bundled with dust on the floor when we checked in. Gross and no bedroom slippers! These aside, checking-in experience was really bad. We arrived in the evening and the receptionist was rude and unpleasant. Generally, my experiences with Thailand's hospitality staff have been good until this encounter. We decided to leave this "resort" the next day and shifted to another hotel. We couldn't imagine continuing with such experience for 4 days in Hua Hin. It's alright to forego prepaid charges for early checkout.

  Holiday in Hua Hin

  Stayed here for 9 days in November with my husband, the apartment was wonderful just what we were expecting very spacious, good bathroom with everything you need excellent shower, there was a restaurant on the 2nd floor which I used for breakfast a few times, went to the pool a couple of time but there was a lot of fly's there so after that went to the beech quite a walk but I don't mind that there are buses and taxis if you don't like walking. The apartment was cleaned and bedding changed half way through our stay. I must say the people who own this apartment had thought of everything a lot of little touches that you don't get in a lot of places very good

  Nice apartment

  Comfortable apartment with large balcony and Mountain View, helpful staff , especially POP and the guards also helpful.mine was studio with WiFi , microwave and hot plate , everything for a holiday Moto driver close by, so I s a laundry, night market and very close small restaurant

  Good location

  We stayed at baan klang via AirBnb. Very convenient. Easy excess to the airport. Nearby area: Convenient stores, restaurant, massage parlor, tailors, hair salon. Walking distance to hua hin night market, railway station, etc. Accessible via green bus (jeep) from the airport.
